First time going here. Large crew working, but it seemed like they got trained from a pamphlet. Waited to long for a bowl that was surprisingly empty. Common now, shredded iceberg is cheap, so why is my bowl empty? I guess that’s what happens if you order a bowl and a sub shop.

I have gone there a few times recently. I love their buffalo chicken sandwiches, I order them every time I go there. I always ask for no cheese with hidden valley ranch instead of blue cheese sauce. One of them added cheese on my sandwich by mistake once, but I still ate it anyways because I was too hungry to care. Anyways, the employees are nice when you are nice to them.

Worst location, should lose its franchise agreement. They are rude, don’t follow order instructions, then maliciously put ingredients that people have allergies to on subs. Then you can’t get anyone on the phone because they keep their phone off the hook.

I wanted to post pictures with this rating but for some reason it wouldn’t let me. The bathrooms were disgusting and needed a cleaning. With 6 employees standing around in an almost empty store the 30 minutes I was there, it should have been done. The meat was on the counter and cooler empty when I walked in and the entire time I was there.

The subs are awesome but the people working there were not friendly. I was standing watching them make subs for a future order while I was right in front of them. That annoyed me. It seems if I order and no one else is in the place mine should be done first.

Gave this location another shot after the last time they gave my husband a Buffalo chicken sub minus literally all of the toppings he asked for and a ton of attitude. This time, they were once again rude, had bare minimum toppings available, and made the worst tuna sub I have ever had. The sub was drenched and soggy. There was a hair in it on the cheese. And it was covered… covered in pepper. I wouldn’t be upset if they were at least kind but every time they act so burdened to simply make a sub. And it’s like they try to make them as bad as possible. We had a ham and cheese and tuna sub… nothing crazy. At over $10 a piece for 2 small subs, didn’t think we were asking for much.
