I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had a fantastic experience! The Mike’s Famous Philly may not win any beauty contests, but the flavors are absolutely on point—juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with goodness. The service was top-notch, with friendly employees who genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the vibe so welcoming. The place was clean, and my order was prepared quickly. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I really wanted to like this establishment, however, while ordering the new mikes hot Italian, I asked the ham be substituted with turkey. This was so difficult that it stopped the whole store. I said, its fine, make it how you want it. They made it my subbing out the ham with turkey, but charging me for extra meat which I never got. This cost me $15 instead of $9.
The hygiene is a problem. The high schoolers wipe their hands literally everywhere, and then touch everyone’s sandwich, it’s gross.

Ordered 2 items to be delivered, but only 1 arrived. The dasher said to call Jersey Mike’s. I’ve called 8 times over 2 days, but no one answers. Not only did I use 144 ponits accumulated over a year to pay for a sub that was not delivered, but closer examination of my receipt shows they double charged my driver tip. I sent an email to national customer service, with no response. No more Jersey Mike’s.

Absolute rockstar team under pressure! The customer service team today was efficient and courteous regardless of some of the hangry customers.
I ordered on the mobile app ahead of time, and even if it’s 20 minutes over the expected time this visit, I don’t mind–their quality is excellent. Plus, it’s the lunch rush, it’s what you expect from a place in high demand.
We’ve been coming here for the last few months for my dad’s favorite giant sub–it’s worth the wait.

Staff was clearly short-handed but doing their best. I ordered a giant Italian, which was confirmed by the person who took my order. However, the middle staff member—who was juggling takeout, walk-ins, and prep—mistakenly gave half of my sandwich to a takeout order and handed me just one half. When I pointed it out, it was made to seem like I had just changed the order, which wasn’t the case. Small thing, but placing the receipt directly on the bread also felt unsanitary. Not upset—just wanted to share the experience. Appreciate the hustle during a busy rush.

The service here is horrific. The workers are really demanding and have no patience when your ordering. They also took 15 minutes to make my sandwich. Drive the few extra miles to the next Jersey Mikes because this place is dog food.

I am not normally this person but I have to give a heads up about how gross the fountain machine was just now in New Providence. There was pink sludge dripping off the ice dispenser it was awful. It leaves me concerned for the cleanliness of the rest of the location.

Was first in line, employee told me she would be right with me, she continued making sandwiches but never helped me after waiting there 5 minutes!? Don’t understand why they weren’t helping there walk in customers. If you don’t want my business I will go elsewhere!!! Decided to give it another try, tried to enter through back door at 3:20pm and it was locked…because they were cleaning the floor?!..Shouldn’t this be done at closing…ridiculous…had to drive around front and it was hard to find parking!! This is why you need to keep back door open during business hours as well as fire hazards!
