This place is horrible in service, the guy is rude, plus the store hours is supposed close 9pm and the was cleaning was even 8:20 so we can order only cold subs, this is ridiculous

I just wanted to say thank you to Ashley and the incredible staff here! I went in hoping I could get a donation of sandwiches to help feed the firefighters of the fallen Newark fireman since many had not eaten from the night before. Ashley and her team immediately fulfilled a very large order, and even went above and beyond with many extras. Thank you for helping to spread a little happiness in such a somber time! I know they were so grateful for it!

Worst Jersey Mikes experience yet. Skimpy on the meat and charged for a more expensive (13 vs 11) sub than what I ordered. Would not return to this unit. They give the franchise a bad name.

Ordered through the jersey Mike’s app and got 2 sandwiches which were completely wrong, the manager then tried to say it was my fault when jersey mikes app has your previous order saved, description of what you want specially done and everything, plus usually a tag is left on a sandwich with a description, at least at the other jersey mikes I go to, not good service in the slightest
