Stopped by ordered a Mike’s famous Philly cheesecake with everything on it regular size. I was not disappointed pretty good. Even got a brownie and drink on the side ran me $16 for lunch, and im pretty satisfied just from 4 bites.

Usually come here for lunch. Today I went in and got my sub, later on as I was eating I found a massive hair mixed in with the meat. Absolutely grossed me out. Will not be returning.

The other day I got, Jersey Mike’s Subs, for lunch. I had ordered their Cancro Special in a wheat wrap. I also got a bag of MissVickies Jalapeño Chips, a brownie, and a drink. The wrap was fairly mid. The wrap itself tasted a bit stale, and lowers my score greatly. The meats and veggies were pretty good, and tasted fresh. The staff was really nice and attentive, they made sure my order was correct. They thought I was a Jersey Mike’s lifer because the item I ordered isn’t on their menu, it’s kind of a secret menu option. The brownie was ok too, prob wouldn’t get it again. All in all, this experience was fairly mid, and the staff and atmosphere greatly impacts my total score.

Amazing, beautiful subs— lovely staff & CLEAN in the store! I don’t know why these other reviews diss on these lovely people & store. We got subs for dinner as a pregnancy craving of mine and they knocked it out of the park !!! Thank you so much for your kindness 🙂

usually tasty but often disappointing because request for extra lettuce and onion is ignored.
another time: ordered cheese steak with extra meat and it definitely did not have extra meat. also very little onion and pepper and the cheese was on one side completely stuck to the wrapper. definitely will pass on that next time the sandwich is surely not made with love.

I love the sandwiches, but sometimes people there are just slow. It says tomatoes and mayo, but I got none. Tomatoes are already supposed to be on it anyway. I picked it up, took a shower, and came down to eat it two hours later just to see this. My disappointment was immeasurable, and my day was ruined.
Hello again, this is 3 years into the future. They got my order right 5 times after that picture. Today, I wanted to eat subs after work, and I came to see they had a really big order. They missed my tomatoes again, I got the mayonnaise this time, but I guess all the orders get them to miss tomatoes.
I had to cut my own up again. All in all, it’s a pretty good store though, from that first time, I went and left 2* to the times after. Wish them the best. I just wish I could get tomatoes more often.

I happened to come in for a coworker to collect the food she ordered and it just so happened that she messed up with the order. The staff was extremely understanding and helped fix the issue IMMEDIATELY .10/10 service bc i was stressseddd .

Place looks unkempt. Disorganized. Still taking orders on the side of the counter as if we were just starting covid vs ending pandemic. Boxes piled up. Walls dirty. Inefficient unnecessary slow service. Last photo is screenshot of my complaint w mgr’s flippant responses.
