On January 24, 2026, at approximately 5:14 PM, I decided—after previously avoiding this business due to an incorrect order—to give this company another opportunity. Unfortunately, that decision proved to be a mistake.
Despite being told in the past that changes would be made to prevent these issues, the same problem occurred again. Instead of contacting me to inform me that the bread I requested was unavailable, my sandwich was made using a different bread without my consent.
A simple phone call to ask whether a substitution is acceptable would prevent frustration, negative reviews, and lost business. Choosing to make substitutions without customer approval sends the message that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this ongoing issue reflects poorly on your operation and your customer service standards.

Service is always extremely friendly. Bathrooms are always very clean as well as the restaurant. Food is a bit pricey, but very delicious either way. Went in multiple times to this location and always had a good experience. Customer service is always key and these guys do it very well.
