The food was good like all chick fila’s. Their parking arrangements are convoluted and that makes parking tough. I haven’t waited this long in a while at a chick fila, but it was within reasonable time still. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the decorations of Christmas time on the store front too.

My son and I stopped by Chick-fil-A this afternoon right after I picked him up from the airport, and as always, Chick-fil-A never disappoints.
They had a Pretzel Bun Cheddar Club Sandwich on the menu, and it was absolutely amazing — great flavor, perfectly cooked, and the pretzel bun was a perfect touch. The service was fast and friendly, just as expected.
Highlight: That pretzel bun cheddar club was next-level good.
Would I Return? No question — always a reliable and satisfying stop.

I have never gotten bad food from chik fil a in all the time I have been going. But today they left me greatly disappointed. They gave me this and I didn’t know it had burn marks on it till I bit it. I never have to inspect my food from them but now I will. You should be ashamed for sending food out like this!! They hid it between the first strip and the 3rd strip, flipped over so I couldn’t see it burnt or…idk what it was.

The drive-through system really needs improvement. I received my food quickly, but then had to sit behind four cars waiting for theirs before I could leave. It defeats the purpose of a drive-through when you can’t actually drive through. A better flow system would make a big difference.

This location is always busy. There will always be a line, so just expect it. What impresses me is the efficiency of their operation. I prefer placing a mobile order and picking it up in the drive through. The food is always hot, sometimes you have to wait, but overall, the experience here is consistently good.

They get a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for staff- definitely. I thought I was on a commercial. While eating we noticed a visual impaired customer. What impressed me was the staff assisting him outside to wait for his ride. Then the outside attendant busy with the drive thru was also willing to assist the young man look for the vehicle coming to pick him up. % commercial material.
I know because I stopped and spoke with the young man on our way out. Great job Staff for going above and beyond even when you’re not on camera ❤️.

This restaurant is one of my favorite to take the grandkids to and dine in. The staff is kind helpful and eager to assist customers. The restaurant is always clean and being cleaned. They offer purelle sanitizer hand-wipes and mints for customers. Typically the restaurant is quite busy during lunch hour even in the drive-through. however, the experience is still awesome.

WARNING if they mess up your order they won’t help make up for it!!!! Stay away from this chick fil a! My husband, my kids and I came to Jacksonville to visit our family. We place an order of over $100 to enjoy chick fil a breakfast thru the mobile app. After picking up our order and getting back to my mother in laws’ house, we realized 6 of our hashbrowns are missing plus 2 of our breakfast burritos. I called the store to let them know and spoke to the manager- Megan. She was rude, I empathetic for their mistakes, and said she can’t do anything about it since breakfast was over. And that we would need to go back there to get a refund or come back another day to remake the missing items. Which is terrible solutions. Since we are visiting family we don’t have a vehicle to just go back whenever. So some of our family members didn’t get to eat breakfast that day. And it makes no sense to come back to get 6 hash browns and 2 burritos as that wouldn’t be enough to feed everyone. So we never got the refund or the remake. Megan was terrible. Not sure how she is a manager here. Worst chick fil a experience ever.

I absolutely recommend this Chick-fil-A to everyone. The food is always delicious and the service is top notch. Sherry is so sweet, along with everyone else. I can’t get enough of the spicy chicken sandwiches and don’t get me started on their lemonade…..it’s the best around.
