If I could give this review 0 stars, I would! We had a terrible experience at this location. I walked in with my family and kids, and the moment I walked in I started receiving dirty looks from the worker. I was looking at the menu and this woman kept looking at me. It was uncomfortable and I wanted to leave. She had a problem with our orders and got some wrong. I didn’t like the negativity at all at this location, which is a shame because the food is delicious. We love the point pleasant location and wanted to try a new one, but unfortunately I will never come back to this location.

Foods fine but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I usually order from the Washington ave location and I’ve never had an issue. I order this online order well in advance and you still have to wait 20+mins in the store before they even make it. They have workers just hanging around with no sense of urgency what so ever. I will never make the mistake of coming here again. It’s the same issue since their opening.

So here me out I went here when they first opened and it was so busy during lunch time my and I didn’t wanna come back here. I gave them another try and it was delicious. My sandwich is packed and everyone was friendly when I walked in. Yeah it’s no Ray and Mike’s but way better then Subway any day!!!

Frequent visitor of JERSEY MIKES.. Saturday, January 31 3026 … Lunchtime ( Noon) FIRST time at this particular location. Walked in Only one there standing in line Stood there for about seven minutes Finally, the girl Who was preoccupied making online orders Yells for somebody in the back They come walking out And it was normal from there until I got my food ….. A giant hot sub For nearly $23 ( A foot-long sandwich) You would expect to be Hardy Loaded And worth the money.. Yes, it was tasty however, it was extremely skimpy Not nearly enough to justify a $23 sandwich… I’m not a big guy Doesn’t take much To fill me up BUT THIS SANDWICH LEFT ME STARVING.. The product does not justify the price the photos advertised are a FAR stretch to what you ACTUALLY receive. ALSO to be the only one standing in line and not even acknowledged for at least seven minutes While 1 Makes their online orders And apparently, the other one was just hanging out in the back until yelled for Seven minutes after arriving. They certainly know you’re standing in front of them But literally don’t say a word It’s quite annoying…. Would CERTAINLY NOT visit this location again, SKIMPY, EXPENSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF …. 100 % PASS

First time ever eating at Jersey Mike’s. Ordered online, a few minutes later the order was waiting for me at the pick-up location by the ordering counter. I had the Portobello Cheese Steak sub and my wife had the Original Italian sub. Both of them were delicious! We were full and satisfied with our orders. A little pricey, but worth it.

They need more staff! Waited 40 mins for a steak and cheese. They stated they have to catch up on online orders by the time I left my second sub which was cold was soggy! Worst experience ever!
