Picked up for a friend’s birthday. The staff were busy but very efficient. And the employee that gave me the order was very sweet and wished a happy birthday. I didn’t catch his name. They’re great here!

Not a fan of the service. Placed an online order to be ready at 2pm. I arrived early at 1:45pm and my sandwich wasn’t ready. That’s fine I knew I was early.
What bothered me is they didn’t start making my sandwich after the customers already in the store were taken care of. I stood there for 20 minutes until I had my sandwich in hand at 2:05pm.
They continued to make sandwiches for customers who arrived after me for 20 minutes! I could’ve ordered in store and been out within 5 minutes and that was with waiting for the customers before me.
Cashier was nice though. Good dude. Hence 2 outta 5 and not 1.

And I go to eat my sub and there’s no double meat… down to 1 stars

Great experience, my daughter has Celiac – went in to order, they have a separate station and slicer to prevent cross contamination, staff member even clarified with other staff whether anyone had used the slicer accidentally in between orders – love that the staff is knowledgeable and takes this seriously, my daughter had no issues afterwards

I usually only do good reviews for places but it really sucks that I made my order and as it was being made I noticed it was the wrong bread so I nicely asked if he could switch it. Shouldn’t have been a big deal and would have took 2 seconds. Instead he just grabbed a top off another sandwich. My first thought was isn’t the bottom different also. So I’m looking as the other guy is cutting it and see it’s not white bread it’s cheesy bread bottom. So again I asked to have it changed. It sucks I was given an attitude for wanting my order right and I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m being a jerk for speaking up so I enjoy my meal. I usually love this store but I definitely didn’t appreciate the attitude and it makes me think twice about coming back because who wants to worry about how I’ll be treated of something isn’t right.
