This place always has a huge lunch rush, the employees work well to get people through efficiently, but id always recommend mobile order / ordering ahead of time on the website. I’ve never had a sandwich and not enjoyed it from here (I’ve had at least 10 different sandwiches). Recently they’ve had some deals on the website to try new things and I love it!

Great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The staff was friendly, the subs were fresh and made perfectly, and the service was fast. Shoutout to the new manager Dylan—he was super welcoming and even hooked us up with free drinks, which really made our day. You can tell he cares about customers and the vibe of the store. Definitely coming back!

They stopped here at Jersey Mike’s subs for a late lunch. I had the regular number 13, which is an Italian combo. A sandwich is good. The staff was friendly and efficient and getting people in and out quickly. This was only my second time going to a Jersey Mike’s location, and both times I left satisfied. This location seems busy, but nice. Definitely felt safe here.

The staff here (Simsbury) are generally really good, but over the past year the amount of meat on the sandwiches has nearly disappeared. It was 5 or 6 cuts of meat on a mini when I started going here, then a few months ago it became 4, and today I got 3 slices of turkey. Putting aside the fact that the cheese is literally so thin you can see through it, how you can justify calling a sub a turkey and provolone when what it really is is a lettuce and bread sandwich? I was really happy when this store opened, but it isn’t worth the money for what you get anymore.

I usually stay away from chains but this is decent and way fresher tasting than the other chain sub shop. The Simsbury location is clean and the staff is friendly and speedy. The price is fair.
