This joint has not one single time made a correct order. Bread stale, how hard is it to make a sandwich that was ordered in advance with your website. Not even going to try again. Ordered in their own app, this is what I ordered and I’m adding a picture of what I received. As another reviewer mentioned, I’m not sure anyone there can read a ticket, or possibly read. Doesn’t even have the right cold cuts on it!!!! Just ham. No mayo, no banana peppers, no jalapenos, stale dry bread. And please pay through the nose for your crappy sandwich.

I’m really not trying to be rude here because the people that work at this location are actually super friendly. However, tonight I ordered sandwiches for me and my 10 year old niece. I got a turkey and provolone for myself and a steak and cheese for my niece. I specifically requested no peppers and no jalepenos on the grinder because obviously she’s 10 and won’t eat anything spicy lol. Unfortunately the sandwich was loaded with them, as well as the jalepeno juice so even after removing them, she wouldn’t eat the sandwich. I ended having to give her some of mine instead. A little disappointed I had to throw out a whole sandwich because no one in my family likes spice!
2nd Occurrence: I mobile ordered two grinders two hours in advance last week and both of them were missing cheese and both of them were ice cold, almost as if they made them right when the order came in and they had been sitting there for two hours. Great way to get sick! Both went in the trash!! Anyhow, I called and spoke with the manager to make a complaint and they offered me two new grinders on the house to make amends.
3rd Occurrence: One week later I go in the store and “redeem” my two free grinders. They were out of the portobello mushrooms that I always get, they put the wrong type of cheese on BOTH grinders (I asked for provolone and I could CLEARLY tell it was American), and lastly, the grinders were literally SWIMMING IN MAYO!! Once again went in the trash. I will attach pictures below. From now on, I’ll stick with the Manchester location. These 16 year olds really need to learn how to make a sandwich based off a ticket and not just throw a bunch of ingredients together however they want to. Clearly they don’t teach teenagers how to read anymore in school!!

Amazing grinders! I had the Chipotle chicken on wheat. The service was equally wonderful. The young lady was happy and so engaging! She made our day! She even wrote a sweet note on one person in our group’s wrapping paper! She went the extra mile and, although its a couple of towns over, we’ll go there again because of Jocelyn!

I went to Jersey mikes this morning and I was talking to a worker named emma while she was slicing my sub and the conversation we had just made my day. She was so personable and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. While I was finishing my order the girl on the grill came over to give me my sub and just had the friendliest personality. I love this Jersey mikes and I hope to have these two amazing workers again.

I stopped at Jersey Mike’s to grab a sub before heading to the hospital to sit with my father-in-law. The owner asked if I had any plans for the day, and when I told him where I was going, he kindly offered to make a sub for my father-in-law since he wasn’t eating the hospital food.
This location has always been welcoming, but that small act of kindness truly meant so much. He has no idea how much he made my day — and my father-in-law’s day too. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care like that. I’ll never forget it.

I come here often, sometimes to pick up for myself and sometimes to pick up orders as a DoorDash/uber eats driver. Every single time, they are kind and friendly, and always let me know if they’re running behind. They’ve even offered me free drinks more than once while waiting for a customer’s order. Not to mention, the food itself is delicious and healthy. 10/10, 5 stars, definitely recommend coming here.

I’m just trying to figure out WHY do the employees HAVE TO TALK OVER THE FOOD while preparing it? I’m standing here trying to figure out why are the employees laughing in the food? I already know a few of those sandwiches got a tablespoon full of spit on their meat. I will never order on the go from here, I will walk up and order it this way.
