The food is always flavorless. And the preparation is ridiculous as well as a health hazard. Wilted and rotted tomatoes and letuce have come on my burgers. And not just once I tried them 3 times now. The last time, I was sick after eatting here and they didn’t give me back my debit card. I had to go back up there and wait in line to get it. Thank goodness they put it away for me. Not ever going back though. Just drive a bit further to Burger King, Sonic or Whataburger… litteraly anywhere is better then here.

The food is ok just irritating when your order something and you didn’t get everything you ordered 2nd go around was a joke I spent 67.83 and I believe I got someone else’s food cause it isn’t what I ordered im so beyond pissed they deny and say I’m the one wrong ugh a wast of time if i could give 0 I would and 1 of these post was from a year ago and now today 02-28-25 what a joke thank god kids eat anything so can’t get pictures of the rest of the food this place really is a joke

The atmosphere is very hard to explain, it doesn’t have the feel of the other Jack-in-the-Box’s I’ve been too, I never see customers dining in the lobby. The person who took my order was a manager who seemed far removed from the restaurant, at times I’ve went to the drive thru, lights are on and nobody answers my call to order, the overnight shift should be checked up on in my opinion.

One of the best fast-food, Jack-in-the-Box experiences in a long time! The mocha iced coffee was exactly the way my wife likes them! The drive-thru worker was fantastic! Actually remembered to provide a spoon to stir creamer and sugar into my hot coffee (a lot of places the workers forget)! Seriously, I’m mainly leaving this review because this drive-thru worker deserves the accolades; I wish I’d gotten her name! Did everything above and beyond and provided our order at highest quality!

She was very attentive in the customers needs such as listening to the details in the order and very well organized overall.
Food was good. Croissant taste fresh and hot . Hash brown taste oily and too soft.
Seem like not cooked on proper temperature.
The new iced coffee, taste delicious (caramel roast iced coffee)
I was having a very sad day and didn’t really want to go to work but salena made me smile and made my day better.

Food tastes old and stale, tooke them over 30 minutes after I arrived for a online order food tastes so bad I can’t eat it. The cook kept shooting dirty looks at me from behind the counter. If you don’t want to work there leave!!! Edit here we are the next morning everyone is sick corporate needs to shut this place down immediately.

Had to be the filthiest fast food place I’ve seen. Condensate lines dripping into light fixtures behind counter. Ceiling tiles stained and molding. I think I didn’t see any metal that wasn’t rusting. The track lighting was not supported in places due to ceiling tiles missing (assumed to have fallen out) the air returns had so much dust on them it was had to tell what color they originally were. And this was all observed while waiting the 20+ mins for the meal to be ready. I should of just asked for a refund and left. God forbid looking at the bath rooms I don’t even want to imagine. Please stay away from this place.

The people didn’t seem to want to wait on anyone. Two customers walked out . One had been in the drive thru for a while and decided to come in. He left when he couldn’t get waited on inside either. It took a long time for our food and was not good.

I can’t even tell you how the food is because I arrived here at 4:45 pm on Jan 31, 2025. At 4:55 pm a guy told the lady by the drive thru she had front counter, she groped something about only two of them being here. More people came in the guy finally took our orders and now it’s 5:36 and only one of the people BEHIND me in line had received their food not me nor the person in front of me. All the while as we are waiting the woman from the window is complaining about everyone’s orders loudly! Terrible attitude and very slow service.
