I love Jersey Mike’s and have been going there for years. I was so happy they opened one in my town of Somerset. The first time we went the service was great and the subs were on point. We just went again last week as it is under new ownership. We had really poor service. It seemed my family inconvenience them by ordering giant Italian subs because we didn’t want Mike’s way and wanted to customize our subs. The older man who took our order and cut the meat and bread was not pleasant and dropped some of the meat into the dirty slicer then proceeded to put the meat on the bread while he glared at us. Then the red head young girl was very aggravated about having to prepare our subs. I asked for mayo, lights hots, pickles, tomatoes, oil and vinegar. My husband asked for lettuce, tomatoes, and mustard. My son asked for lettuce, hots, and mayo. The amount of hots and mayo was absurd to the point the mayo and hots was pouring out of my sub along with the bread breaking apart due to it being soaked. She put so much mustard on my husband’s sub it was uneatable. She did the same to my son with the mayo and hots. $70 and $6 tip down the drain. We will not be going back to Jersey Mike’s in Somerset and will stick to Raynham or Fall River where we get great customer service and don’t feel like we inconvenienced them for customizing our subs. I wish we could get the tip money back as they didn’t deserve it at all. I also wish we had walked out before getting our food once they started preparing our subs. I am horrified.

Plan and simple not a quality sandwich. Gave it two stars because my wife liked hers. Honestly only ordered cause I have the flu and I am quarantined from the rest of the house. How do you mess up tuna. I should of put gloves on and a mask and made my own..lol..for the price and the size total rip off. When I feel good I am going to get a real sandwich from DeAngelo’s (Thanksgiving) mouth is watering just thinking about it.

When this place first open the staff was friendly and the food was good, it’s slowly got to be very dirty every time you went in there food all over the counter food all over the floor , then it changed and now there’s an under New Management and same thing it was nice it was clean for the first few weeks now you go in and the employees are sitting around in the place is filthy food all over the floor and on the counter all the tables are dirty if the employees have time to sit shouldn’t they be cleaning , it’s the same problem in the Fall River store, the food is good but the restaurant in where they make your food is just filthy it’s a shame because the food is so much better than Subway , but who wants to get food from a dirty restaurant

Got to Jersey Mike’s in Somerset and the line was to the door. The staff handled the rush efficiently. They were also very respectful. I was shocked at how quick the line moved. We did have to wait a little for a sandwich that was being grilled (which is to be expected) but they stayed on top off it and were gracious.
