Jersey Mike’s subs are delicious and filling, and they will make your sub to order exactly the way you want it. If you get the large, it’s a little bit more expensive but it’s worth every penny. The steak and cheese is amazing and they don’t skimp on ingredients. Everything is high-quality.

I live close so I eat at this location quit often , The location is super clean. The sandwich’s always taste fresh , they are also prepared in front of you. The staff is super friendly , helpful and welcoming. They have a small parking lot so parking shouldn’t be an issue . I had a late lunch today , during regular lunch hours it is busy .

The taste of the sandwich and its ingredients were quite good overall. However, what really detracted from the experience was the behavior of the staff. With 45 minutes still remaining before closing time, and while customers were still eating, a lady began sweeping around the restaurant.
She repeatedly came around our table, stirring up dust without any regard for the fact that customers were still enjoying their meals. This was not only distracting but also quite bothersome. It was the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, and it really goes against the principles of good customer service. When customers have paid for their meal, their comfort and experience should be a priority.

The steak “Kahuna” is wonderful! I think the beef is a higher quality than what is used other sub shops–and it makes a BIG difference. I see why it is the official sub of the NFL. However, parking is extremely limited–even during non-peak times.

And honestly it’s the best location and my personal favorite. I came to the newton location for the first time because I was in the area the service was awful 0/10 the lady threw my bread on the counter.. wouldn’t let me take my time to order since I can be very indecisive. Was being extremely rude rushing me and she even closed my sandwich when I wasn’t done ordering it was like she was trying to rush me out of the store. Never ever again will I go to newton location by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and on top of that the lady after me came and she goes “ take your time “calmly and nicely while making small talk with her but she was extremely rude to me and rushing me as if she wanted me out instantly 0/10 do not recommend GO TO DEDHAM LOCATION THEY ARE THE BEST

Bathroom was clean music in the background like who listens to Backstreet Boys anymore. Say music was great on top of everything else. The sub was just absolutely awful. The recipe is just disgusting. Just real disgusting recipe. The workers are great the workers amazing but the food is terrible the fine drinks not many options like what you giving me, Pepsi, Pepsi, pink lemonade, and root beer and cream soda. I was really looking forward Baja blast. Sub was very sloppy.
