One of THE worst burger kings ive ever gone to, this is the closest burger king to me and due to that i obviously went there and the atmosphere was ok to say the least but the order took 20 WHOLE MINUTES not to mention the fact that almost half of the order was gone. Overall i would NOT recommend this burger King under any chance, instead go to 955 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33174’s burger King as it is way better this. whole order costed 63.72$ and i lost 20$ from this damn place.

This review is only to shout out the cook or cooks. I tend to go around the afternoon after 1pm and the food is fresh so I know they put effort into the service and quality. Don’t know about other shifts but it’s always consistent on that particular shift

These people would have to get fired. Loosing a line of customers plus money that the company could be making. Open 24 hours, which is great. They had a long line at the drive thru so we went inside. Was a little difficult to order because the woman taking the order was Spanish, but we got through. And we ordered one meal two different ways and they got the order correct

Avoid this BK. Horrible service. Never got to order. They just make you wait and wait while gossiping and not attending customers. They weren’t even busy. Cook was slow, and I saw her drop the burger paper wraps on the floor, proceeded to pick them up and prepare burgers on them. Poor restaurant hygiene and prep.

This Burger King is in a league of its own, and it’s all thanks to one person: Maria, the manager. If you stop by during the afternoon or night shift, you’ll see what I mean. She runs this place like it’s the flagship Burger King of the entire country.
The difference is night and day—food presentation is perfect, everything is fresh, and the whole restaurant just feels like how BK should be everywhere. You can tell she runs a tight ship, and her crew clearly respects her leadership. Orders come out right, quick, and looking like the commercials (which is rare at fast food these days).
Maria doesn’t just manage; she elevates. Honestly, she deserves a raise—or better yet, she should be training every Burger King in South Florida. If every location had a Maria, Burger King would blow the competition away.

I don’t expect much from most fast food restaurants restaurants but my usual Burger King that I go to was closed so instead I tried this one out much closer to my house. And not only did they mix up my order it came absolutely disgusting and drenched in sauce. It was a simple chicken sandwich I don’t know how they couldn’t mess that up it was plain they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with a fast food restaurant like this before no one in my house can eat it so it’s going straight into the garbage unfortunately. I think this was the fast food Burger King that should have been close and not the one that’s I usually go to. How someone got such a simple order mixed up baffles me.
