Visited the store this week.
When I went inside, there were no customers.
I ordered my sub and the person who made it did not cut the bread correctly.
The top half was very thin.
I didn’t object as I just wanted to eat and move on.
As I was checking out, they asked if I had a Jersey Mike’s account. I said I wasn’t sure but I should sign up for one.
The employee told me I would have to go online and sign up and implied that it would be a hassle.
So I did not sign up for the account. (Later, I looked and discovered I did have an account and their app on my phone.)
I paid, sat down with my sandwich, and as I bit into the sandwich, the bread was very chewy.
It was either stale or not baked correctly.
I ate the sandwich which was drenched in too much vinegar and oil.
But still, I didn’t say anything, I just wanted to move on.
As I was leaving, I mentioned that they might want to check on their bread because it was very chewy.
The employee barely acknowledge my good spirited comment and mumbled that the bread was fresh.
I am a frequent Jersey Mike’s customer and love the product, but this experience was very substandard.

Often they forget my drink or chips. I once asked them refund me for my order because they forgot my chips and drink. I was told I would need to contact their boss which is nonsense because they messed up so they should do that not me. I never received the refund I was promised. I do not recommend this jersey mikes unless you’re absolutely desperate for food because they will mess up your order and make you pay for it

One of our favorite easy dinners has always been sandwiches, but we stopped ordering the since i had to stop eating gluten. I deeply appreciate that Jersey Mike’s offers gluten free bread – our sandwiches were delicious and we could enjoy our favorite meal again!

absolutely horrible.. got there at the time they said my order would be ready just for them to push it back another 30 minutes (i understand at times it can get busy) but for the two sandwiches to be completely switched with the opposite toppings and dressings is unbelievable.

I’ve never had anything from a Jersey Mike’s before. Heard lots about them but lucky enough to live in an area where local sub shops use fresh breads from local bakeries so I haven’t had a need to go to chains like this.
But my elderly Italian mother, who is very very hard to please, had a Jersey Mike’s Italian in Florida and to my surprise, she really enjoyed it. There are no locations convenient to me but I saw this is right around the corner from someplace where I worked the next day, so it seemed like fate was telling me to try it myself.
I downloaded the app and scheduled an order for an Italian. Straightforward, nothing special for my first time. Nice and easy, curbside pickup right after work.
A little on the pricey side for the length of it compared to some local places. You’d get several more inches for about $4 less at the grocery store that claims to give you more for your dollar, but those other places don’t jam-pack the amount of meats and cheeses this had. And these are quality meats and cheeses, not stuff with the water as the primary ingredient like the meat at that supermarket. And good bread that doesn’t get soggy from that watery meat and fall apart in your hands.
I can’t wait to have to work nearby again so I can get the full-sized sub next time.

Franchise Katie takes full advantage of customers and has zero idea what customer service really is. All she cares about was money. I received a soggy wet sub that was soaked in oil it all fell apart. I asked about a refund for $13.00 and all katie did was fight with me. DO not go to this beverly location they just want your money

Ordered a sub for pickup an hour ahead of time for a scheduled pickup. Showed up at the time to the minute. Sub was cold (it’s a steak and cheese). Went back in immediately and was told it was just made. It gets cold in here quickly were the words used to me. She just made it. I worked in restaurants for 14 years. 2 as a cook and 12 as a manager. This sub was made when I placed the order or shortly after and just sat there. Didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge it as cold. It’s not like this employee owned the meat and cheese that would have to be used to make a new sub. I’d give zero stars if possible just based on the dismissal of my concerns let alone the freezing cold food.

Love Love Love Jersey Mike’s.. NEVER DISAPPOINTS.. always fresh and delicious! Staff is great.. just 1 comment.. store on Danbury, CT is always very cold.. AC is on High.. bring a sweatshirt in !! Skimpy, expensive steak and cheese subs but subroll and taste is on point. Every few months I come back for a steak and cheese.

Honestly we’ve never had an issue with any Jersey Mike’s we’ve visited, until this last visit. These are minor nitpicks to be sure but they haven’t been missed before so they stick out a bit.
First was that I purchased two sandwiches, a bag of chips and two large drinks but I had to ask for a bag. Who see’s that order and doesn’t offer a bag to carry it all?
Secondly I had to ask for a drink carrier and it was flimsy, most stack two together for stability for large drinks.
Lastly, when I got home and tried my much anticipated Large Vanilla Crème soda I was disappointed to discover that they hadn’t checked their mix and it was nothing but seltzer water.
Gave a $3.00 tip even though no-one came from behind the counter to help me. Why is that OK here and not at McDonalds?
Please do better guy’s as I’d like to return.
