On Friday, March 6 at 8:30 PM I placed an order for a chicken supreme sub to the app of Jersey Mike’s. I use the app a lot to order food from Jersey Mike’s. I have never had any complaints recently instead of getting a chicken sub I got a turkey BLT sub when I picked up the food. The cashiers were laughing and smiling, and I did not notice that until I grabbed my sandwich that they were making fun of me that I didn’t get the right sandwich. I highly respect this jersey Mike place on Madison Street but this behavior is unacceptable as I spent more than $20 for my food and I didn’t even get to eat it because number one I can’t eat bacon and number two. It was not my food that I ordered. I hope the appropriate action is taken.

The night staff were very slow forgetful and miserable acting. What ever happened to real customer service. Now we get young kids that act like they are ready quit and have no desire to be there. I don’ Get it. Not just a problem here it’s many places. But this was my experience tonight. Food was good still but seemed skimpier then normal

First time trying their subs and got their blt chicken steak which tasted okay. It’s a regular size about 7inches and for $14 it’s not really worth it. There’s a lot of mayo on it and it’s salter seasoning on the chicken. There’s nothing ground breaking on the sandwiches, and over underwhelmed. I wish it was a little more toasted, it didn’t feel like it was warmed well enough.

I went in on a whim this evening never having tried Jersey Mike’s before. All the staff were extremely friendly and they made my sandwich very quickly. I enjoy the sandwich. A lot can definitely recommend.

Stopped in for a quick bite, ordered the super sub and didn’t notice until after I left and went to eat it that they only put the cheap ham and no other meats making it the smallest and least filling sub I have ever had. Still was charged full price

I see a lot of issues on these reviews but I have always gone to the shrewsbury store since before this opened and have had so many issues with that store I decided to try this one. No problems at all. Sandwich was great. Staff wasnt rude. I was only 1 of 3 customers there but it was 230pm. Place is much bigger and cleaner than shrewsbury too.
As of right now I have no reason to go to shrewsburys store I will just go to this closer to me store.

It was ok. Its nothing special, and its definitely not worth the price they charge. I got a tuna fish sandwich, a regular one, with cheese, nothing fancy, it comes from a can, and it cost $13. I wont be back. Ill be going to subway or some other grinder spots for my sub / grinder fix.
