Ordered a Original Italian and a Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak. I preferred the Italian and my wife liked the Chicken, both were good. My only complaint was that I ordered ahead and had to wait almost 20 min after the expected completion time. It didn’t seem overly busy, one person ordering at the counter but 4 people showed up after me waiting for online orders as well. Workers seemed a little unorganized and unmotivated to help.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and just felt welcomed. Great team and atmosphere walked me through the menu and took time to ask what type of sandwich I was looking for. I was looking for something healthy for gym and was introduced to the bowls it was amazing and was so fresh for sure found my healthy protein meal place!!!! The man with the tattoos and gauge piercings assisted me awesome guy cooked the meal like it was his own

This place is a freaking joke not only is it the most expensive place like everything in Gardner is but every time I’ve gone in there there’s never anybody who even looks like a manager or any of them remotely even know what they’re doing. They all look like it’s their first day They’re constantly only taking doordash orders and people who are inside ordering sit and wait forever My boyfriend cannot eat American cheese and he’ll get a hot sub and he has to stand there and watch them make his sub because they always put American cheese on it then they try wiping it off and covering it with provolone we’ve walked out so many times because of it. We start and watch DoorDash orders come in and go out for 30 minutes and we ended up just leaving after we told them no American cheese on our food and they continue to do it anyways then try covering it up!!! There’s nobody to complain to not one of them have a clue what they’re doing they can all read their cell phones and are always checking their phone but none of them can read a piece of paper and follow what’s on the piece of paper give me a break!! Who runs this place who’s even the manager There’s not an adult in there watching over what any of them are doing!!! It’s sad it really is like it’s not that hard to make a grinder that people are telling you how to make it I get it gets overwhelming I’ve worked in fast food my whole life but it’s like they don’t even look like they’ve been trained on what they’re doing they’re all nervous and clueless on what to do first next and last!! The money that you pay for the grind is there for them to mess them up constantly is ridiculous!!! You know my boyfriend’s exhausted at the end of the day he works from 6:00 in the morning till 7:00 8:00 at night and just wants to get something quick on his way home sometimes and it’s always a 30 minute wait he can’t order it on the app because they always mess it up so we have to go in and stand there and wait So tonight he decides to get a BLT so we can order it on the app and it will be ready nope still go in still not made after waiting 25 minutes and had to go in and sit and wait another 20 minutes for a freaking BLT. Like I come on!!! I’d love to know who the owner is I’ve already made a complaint a few times and never hear anything back I’m telling you the next time they do it I’m calling the board of health What if my boyfriend had an allergy so that she is and they were just wiping it off, and then trying to cover it with provolone like really????? On a hot grinder??? Wow!!!!

I recently attended an event that really impressed me with its organization. Everything seemed to flow smoothly from start to finish, which made the whole experience enjoyable. Check-in was a breeze, and I never felt lost or confused about where to go next. It was refreshing to see everything planned out so well. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience, I’d definitely recommend attending events organized by this team. They really nailed it!

Me, my husband and our toddler shared a large sub from Jersey Mike’s a few days ago. It was REALLY yummy. I have been craving another steak and cheese with peppers and onions ever since. The steak was so delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted & tasty. The bread was great with our toppings, no issues with that either. The toppings? Amazing. Smelled and tasted so good! Quality, tasty, and fresh. Everything was perfect, except for the slab of mayo at the end of the sandwich, this happens though and is no big deal. 97% of the sub was perfectly filled and without any issues whatsoever. It was so yummy and such a treat for us, that I wanted to review this business and thank all who ensured this very well-made and tasty sub! I was shocked to see Jersey Mike’s had below a 4-4.5 star rating. I understand we live in a world where people are picky and quick to condemn. On the other hand, I would feel sorry for anyone who pays $24 for a large sub and it tastes like . I would like to meet somewhere in the middle and say maybe this establishment has had some issues with employees who are not properly trained or who possess poor moral character and work ethic (another common US issue), and therefore the business has suffered because of it? I could be totally wrong but either way, I just wanted to say, my sub was too dang good for this place to be rated 3.8 stars. If there are issues with employees or management, I hope they already have, or will, improve and ensure the best customer experience and quality of food.
Bottom line: our sub was absolutely delicious and worthy of the $24 price tag.
I can’t wait to get my next sub from them and sincerely hope it will always be this good! I will promptly come back with updates about my next meals from here.

An option if you’re in a rush. The online ordering is convenient and the location. The food, not great. My sub had probably 1/4 of the contents that other places would have. At first I thought it was just the sub roll with sauce. Workers were nice. Inside is nice as it’s new. Probably won’t go back unless I’m in a time crunch and passing by.

Staff is trash though. Long history of not getting orders correct.
I’ve ordered from here about 5 times. Only twice I got what was actually ordered.
I genuinely recommend that you watch them and repeat your order (to them, IN PERSON) to make sure it’s correct.

Honestly this store doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been going to this store since open and everything has been ok I guess… I came in today and some kid who looks new took my order. He was rude rushing me to take my order. He made my sub terrible….. it literally tasted like he took it from the trash. The bread was so hard. I don’t know if he’s new or something. But training needs to be better if he’s new, and if not then maybe find some new workers….And maybe even a hair cut pretty sure his beard hair was in my sub. 0/10 experience. I will no longer be returning and highly recommend anyone to just go to subways where they are actually clean atleast.
