Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food place. We placed our order online so it would be ready on time, at 11:30am, since we have co-workers with a timed break. We arrived about 11:20 and asked if it was ready. Of course, it wasn’t yet. We saw our bag behind the register with our name on it. The cashier said they were waiting on one more sandwich. So we waited and waited. 20 minutes later, he said the same thing. They were busy, as we could see, so I told him we placed our order earlier to avoid this, and he just gave me a dirty look. He then proceeded to put the chips in our bag and handed it to us. The order was ready the whole time. I will never come to this place again and will tell my co-workers to do the same. That employee needs training, and he obviously gets away with being rude to customers.

The best hogie chain around. Their meats and cheeses are cut thinly as they should be. Their mike’s way is inspirational with the sliced onions, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt. Awesome! I also add the sliced pickles. Don’t mess with the mayo or mustard. It takes away from the Mike’s way flavors. That’s my solid opinion. The spiced pepperoncini is sometimes good if you want an extra kick. I think the Italian olive spread is too salty. The parking here is too narrow and limited due to staying it with the coffee bean and tea leaf next door. Only one entrance and exit. It’s cumbersome and crowded even when it’s not.

This rating is for the service, not the food. This is the second time that I have ordered delivery from the app. I don’t claim to know what is going on behind the counter, but if something happens to me repeatedly it must surely be a conspiracy rather than a coincidence. I attempted to order a sandwich with extra avocado. My coworker also wanted a sandwich. A simply order as you can see. Much to my chagrin, when my order arrived there is no avocado! Did the delivery driver abscond with my additional topping? Not likely, considering the bag arrived sealed. Hence the transgression took place at the restaurant, before it was bagged. Maybe it was a machine error. The order was not printed properly and so it was not prepared properly. Maybe it was human error. Perhaps my name triggers a visceral response from the prepper, perhaps the cashier has a grudge against me, perchance they didn’t know which sandwich corresponded to the extra avocado, or maybe they were out of avocados and decided to charge me anyway. Only Jersey Mike knows what truly happens behind those glass doors. Until these issues are resolved, I do not plan on ordering from Jersey Mike’s in the near future. Nobody should be forced to inspect their meal, unless bad quality is to be expected.

Yum! When you want a good sandwich you go here, or to any Mike’s. Lots of meat, lettuce and veggies. Fast, fresh and always great service. And let them do it “the Mike’s way” when they assemble your sub.

The system here is broken they allowed several online orders to every 1 live customer in the store while one employee slices meat the other three employees stand still on standby doing absolutely nothing. After about a 25-minute wait I made it all the way to the front where I’m online order was being prepared for seven sandwiches couldn’t take it anymore I left I went elsewhere. I felt bad for the lady who was in front of me who was on a lunch break who also had to leave because she ran out of time this system here needs to be reevaluated ASAP

Great quality fresh food, a bit on the pricey side. But sometimes you can’t put a price on fresh food. Good, for a diet if you’re eating light.

I visited this location for a late dinner, my second time here, and unfortunately it will be my last. I ordered my usual sandwich and asked to use the restroom. When I returned, I attempted to engage in a friendly conversation with one of the male Latino employees, but he completely ignored me. I mentioned this to my wife, and after his coworker overheard me, he stepped in and asked if he could help. I explained that his colleague had ignored me.
Customer service is a vital part of any dining experience and being treated with basic courtesy should be standard. Unfortunately that was not the case here. I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is very nice Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a regular size Original Italian Sub and it was delicious and perfectly balanced. Also the staff is very polite and the shop is kept clean. Free parking in lot.

Some people needs to be fired at this place You asked for an order and you get something else. It’s better to focus with the customer instead of talking behind the counter
