I placed an online order for 2 giant subs. Came home to find out that one of those did not have enough meat in (Attached). I was very upset. I called the restaurant and complained. They offered to replace the sandwich for free. Went there and was surprised to see that they gave me 2 free giant subs instead of one. They also gave me a coupon for buy 1 get 1 50% off. Now that’s what I call great management and how to solve problems. So I have to give them 5-star review. I attached both sandwiches before and after to show the difference. Thank you.

Jersey mikes is the best sub sandwich we feel. Always fresh and good quality. Employees friendly. The prices have gone up a little so for 2 giants it cost $40 now. Pretty high.

I love the food there. The mobile app wasn’t able to let me set the time I wanted to pick up my order. So the takeout option on mobile app is definitely not the way to go if you want it fresh. Other than that, I love Jersey Mike’s.
