Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The subs are always fresh, packed with flavor, and made just the way I like them. The bread is soft yet hearty, the meats and cheeses taste high-quality, and the toppings are always crisp and fresh. I love that everything is sliced right in front of you—it makes such a difference in flavor.

The store was clean and not busy thankfully. Sandwiches here are a meal. The giant is usually a meal and a good snack, if not 2 meals. Sign up for the points…. they add up. You’ll get free Sandwiches. The cashier should ask you if you want to use them, if you’ve got enough.

Have traveled all over the US and jersey mikes is a go to place for great sandwiches and clean restaurants. This however was probably the dirtiest location I have ever been in. Floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed in a week, every table was covered in grime, oil and food. The seats need to be wiped down and counter where they prepare food and customers pay was also very dirty. Employees were very nice, sandwiches tasted fine, but in back of my mind was worried about picking up bacteria or something due to how dirty the restaurant was. It’s not hard to clean. If your employees don’t clean, get new employees or close the doors. Take pride in what you do.

As much as I love my tuna at Jersey Mike’s, I hate that this location is giving it a bad name. PLEASE REVOKE THEIR FRANCHISE LICENSE. I was there around 3:00 PM on a Friday. Walked in and thought I’d walked into a dump. There was all sorts of chips scattered on the floor, every single table in there had either leftover food on it, used napkins or spilled drinks. There were LARGE clumps of dry tuna in the tuna. The staff saw me wipe a table down to sit and eat but they just all chatted about the weather, which pizza joint is the best and sports while looking at this place in shambles. This is the FIRST location that didn’t give military discounts and they seemed proud of it. Needless to say…. I’ll NEVER EVER patronize this location again. Also, of all the locations I’ve eaten at, they have always said goodbye or something to those who have eaten there and goes out the door…. Not these lazy folk. NEEEEEEEEVER AGAIN!!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any restaurant. I went inside at about 1:25 PM. Wednesday, September 25, 2025. I went inside, held the door open for a man and then we both made the line. I was ahead of him. A young man with a hat and long hair came to take our order. Or so I thought. The other man was clearly behind me. He took his order and proceeded to ignore me. The young man never made eye contact with me. He gave the order to the lady. The young made never looked at me or took my order. It was as if I wasn’t even there. I waited some more to see if he would recognize his mistake. But, he didn’t. He ignored me and never considered taking my order. I’m not one to say “racism”. But, the only difference between the other gentleman and myself was our skin color. I was sadly disappointed in this location. I will never set food in this store. Thank goodness there was a Captain D’a Seafood next door. The lady over there was lovely and very customer service friendly. The complete opposite of the young man in this Jersey Mike’s location.

We eat here regularly M-F during lunch rush. Lunch is GREAT. We don’t dare eat here on weekends.
Today was the WORST. Waited about 35 minutes for food, restaurant was packed-no help. Some people waited longer than us. The guys behind the counter were arguing about who’s helping and them sitting in their cars and listening to music-IN FRONT of customers. My food was subpar. Meat overcooked and hard-I didn’t dare say anything.
Do better.

I went today to order 3 kids meals with drinks and 3 adults .the price was like eating a steak and shrimp dinner for us all . The food and drinks cost 77.00 us dollars . Plus you don’t give senior or military discounts at all . We fought for you and your freedoms for you and your family’s owners of the Jersey Mike’s you should be ashamed of yourself ,you are selfish and your older lady who works there is rude and doesn’t care except trying to prove she can make numbers and your food prices are way too costly . It’s crazy and for a sub shop to price your sandwiches like it’s made of gold actually your food is bland and no taste . Your soda fountain doesn’t serve diet coke products
