We had a nice visit here sitting out on the balcony overlooking the courthouse square, prices are decent and our bartender was really nice and even provided warm popcorn. Our only uncomfortable moment was when a local couple instisted on talking politics on a Sunday morning even though my wife stated we don’t talk politics when were at happy hour and even jokingly said we’re following you out so we know you Democrats are leaving town, we stated we don’t have a party affiliation, but feel honored that they thought we were nice enough to be Democrats lol, they said they are there every Sunday morning so we’ll avoid that day when we visit again.

Very cool upstairs bar overlooking downtown. The patio is the place to be, with ashtrays and a bar top that faces the street—perfect spot for a cold one. Staff is friendly, drinks are ice-cold, and the vibe is just right. There’s a big staircase or a hidden elevator—definitely take the elevator on your way out unless you want to test your balance after a few drinks. Great little watering hole. I’ll definitely be back!

Just wonderful !!
Popped in here for a quick unplanned drink and ended up staying hours !!
My partner and I are very obviously from very very out of town and we felt so welcomed !! The gentleman behind the bar answered all our questions and told us all about the awesome history of the place !! Amazing balcony that looks onto the town square and courthouse. Delicious beer. Free bar snacks !! My only regret is that I didn’t buy a sticker or go back later for the music ! (Oh well. I guess I’ll just have to make another trip!)

A quaint little bar with a namesake that has a lot of history. This saloon is on an upper floor with a stairway entrance in the front and from the parking garage in the alley. There is also an elevator. The cocktails are great with a couple of specialty drinks specific to the saloon. They have live music on the weekends. I’m not sure about during the week. Check their website for more info. They have an outdoor balcony overlooking the square. They do not serve food but there are a lot of eateries close by. The staff is friendly and the crowd is always fun. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time visiting, and we had a blast with new friends. Little Larry played some good songs, and he’s a good musician. We enjoyed dancing to his tunes! The band that followed was very good as well. The drinks were served promptly and mixed well, but none of the servers had a pleasant disposition. Yes, long, loud and busy nights happen, but smiles and friendly greetings earn bigger tips from those who receive them. Our only issue was the smoke. We would’ve loved to step out onto the balcony to catch the great view, but it’s overwhelmed by cigarette smoke that makes its way through the entire establishment. I’m surprised no one is holding them accountable to abide by State smoking laws. If you can handle the smokers, you’ll enjoy this place!

This is the only wiskey Row bar with a balcony that over looks the town square, its not that large and its a very popular place to get a drink. So get there early.
The people are friendly and the drinks are strong. Thier is always good conversations going and they are open.

Awesome saloon on Whiskey Row with a good selection of hard alcohols. Some good beers on tap as well. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. I recommend sitting at the bar if there’s space!

If you blink you might miss it. Located right next to Palace Restaurant you’ll see their door with their name on it. You’re instantly met with a staircase and a cool wall of stained glass. Once upstairs to the left you’ll walk into the saloon. It is just a bar so do not be surprised they don’t serve food. One of the cool things about Jersey Lilly is the view that takes you outside looking out over whisky row. You are directly above the Palace. Drinks are good and bartender was friendly. I only took a few pics and one turned out pretty crazy. You be the judge if it’s ghost worthy. You are in a pretty historical area.
