My sub was great! The only complaint I have is that ordering to go took at least 25 minutes of waiting in line. Order after order was completed for door dash. I feel as though the workers should get to pause door dash deliveries at times of busy moments. It’s a lot to handle for them , at least until there’s adequate staff. They handled the busy time very well, just a long wait if you’re on a time crunch.

Great food! Good people! This location has some opportunity to improve their timing. 4 instances over four weeks where the food was not ready until after the time agreed upon during checkout requiring me to wait inside. 3 times no other customers were present. 1 time out of the four they were pretty busy. Normally this would be enough to have me rethink a lunch/dinner choice but it’s Jersey Giant…. So I have changed my behavior and now arrive 15 minutes later than I should. Maybe it’s a system communication problem or maybe it is a people problem I can’t say. Either way the food and people remain the same, Excellent!

Didn’t feel like the drive to East Lansing. HUGE MISTAKE. All 3 subs were VERY light on the meat & one sub wasn’t put together when we unwrapped it! $48 for this. So so glad I didn’t leave a tip! Never going there again. NEVER!!!

I ordered online and it was completely wrong. Piled high with all the hot peppers when I asked for none. Once they were informed of the mistake they said they would refund me for the peppers and the extra cheese I didn’t get. Well that never happened. SO DISAPPOINTED with this location and how they handle customer service. I believe my initial review was deleted lol that’s lovely. Never again
