I’m genuinely confused how this was allowed to leave the kitchen. This bagel isn’t “toasted,” it’s incinerated. The entire bottom is black, the top is charred, and it tastes like burnt charcoal. It literally looks like it was left in the oven, forgotten, rediscovered, and still sent out anyway.
At some point someone wrapped this in foil, put it in a bag, and thought, “Yeah, that’s fine.” That’s the concerning part. This wasn’t an accident. This was a decision.
If this is the standard for quality control, I’d hate to see what almost didn’t make the cut.
Completely unacceptable. Not ordering again.

Great bagels, highly recommend the black Russian toasted with plain cream cheese! And the jalapeno cheddar won’t disappoint! Next time I’m getting the French toast and strawberry cream cheese for sure

I follow them on Instagram and finally had a chance to stop in while I was in the area. I got a half a dozen bagels and one bagel with cream cheese. The service was fine, but the bagels are gigantic. I understand they may make them so big because often times they need the space for a sandwich, but they are a little bigger than most bagel places. So if you aren’t in the mood for a large bagel I’d suggest going elsewhere. However the taste of the bagels are good and they have a nice variety to choose from. I paid a little over 17.00 with no tub of cream cheese.

I stopped by Jersey Bagel and Grill early this morning and was so impressed. It’s the perfect spot to grab a fresh bagel and a drink to go. Even at 6:00 AM, the staff greeted me with polite, smiling faces—which is exactly the kind of energy you want to start your day! The shop is incredibly clean and well-organized. If you’re an early riser, this is a must-visit. Note that they are open Tuesday through Sunday (6am–3pm) and closed on Mondays.

I am a new customer with Jersey Bagel and I am disappointed with the online ordering and pick-up process. A co-worker shared the bagels with us after a meeting. I loved the taste of the bagels that I wanted to go back and get another one on my own. I found the closest location to me and placed an online order around 5:30 am this morning. I am disappointed that when I arrived my order was not ready. Someone should be available to process online orders. Why provide online ordering if you have to wait in line? I could have just placed my order when I arrived to the store. Overall my bagel still tastes good however if you are going to provide online ordering then orders should be process at the time the customer selects for pick-up

Super impressive! I never know what to expect from a sandwich shop that I’ve never been to, but I absolutely LOVED my Greek salad with added chicken. Many places don’t even season the chicken or use iceberg lettuce and so I was happily impressed to see Romaine lettuce, and the chicken was so deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked as well. Also, my boyfriend loved his sandwich called The Jersey Rachel too. Many places like this often have coleslaw that leaves a lot to be desired, but I thought their coleslaw was perfect! I actually now want to try to figure out how to re-create it at home, it was that tasty. I love being pleasantly surprised by new places we pick to eat and HIGHLY recommend this sandwich shop! We already talked about how we can’t wait to come back and try so many more options on the menu. This belly is delightfully satisfied. 🙂

The manager could not be more rude. Put in an order online – just a half dozen bagels in a bag with a tub of cream cheese. It was over an hour late. They turn off their phone and don’t pick up. No apologies. Just rudeness. Not worth it.

Great customer service. Bagel was super fresh,flavorful and I’m so glad they had these vegetarian options. I got the garden state on whole wheat everything bagel. So good! My gf got the chicken wrap and she loved it. Hashbrowns we’re good and hot out the grease too. Exceeded our expectations.

The bagels here are practically perfect. Mine were still warm when I got them. So soft inside with that nice shell outside. The cream cheese tasted very good too.
