Jerry’s pizza!!! This place has been on my list and I finally made it in! Our server/ bar tender was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she’s the MVP. We did the beer and a shot special and a slice of pizza. Quick and easy, the pizza was surprisingly so good I was very happy. Very cool energy in the space, will for sure be back for a drink and a slice again. Not sure what’s up with downstairs, it was 21+ and I assume has another bar and maybe a stage? They have an upstairs stage too that has tables during the day. Oh it’s pretty hot in here… I mean obviously there’s heat coming from the kitchen but no AC in Bakersfield in the summer….

Good food specials they usually include a drink. I like that you can order enough food individually or family style with still being reasonable priced. I see Jerry’s Pizza as a local land mark. We went on a sold out night for Painting Labubu’s great family time for all ages and we enjoyed the 80s music playing in the back ground.

There should be a line out the door for this place! The pizza and burgers are the best I’ve ever had. We inhaled our food because the intense flavors of these succulent and deliciousness of them were too damn good!! My friend and I were talking and hanging out but once that hot stuff planted on the table and we took a bite, we just gobbled up. I was literally sad when I ate my last piece of my burger, that’s how good it was. I got the Momma C’s hangover Burger with no cheese and my friend got the chili verde pizza. Delicious!

They don’t tell you on the website that the stage is downstairs and there is no elevator. I made the stairs down and up again, but it wasn’t easy. Wasn’t offered any help with my walker.. Probably won’t be going back.
I ordered the pizza just as the show was ending to go and it tasted like woodsmoke. I don’t know if that’s their thing but it did not taste good. The security were jerks while the lady behind the pizza counter was very nice. The bathroom is a long way from the stage.

I’ve been coming to this place since I moved to Bakersfield from LA in mid 04 and I’ve made so many memories here, from playing live here in local bands to bringing my family here and enjoy awesome food and feeling the nostalgic atmosphere. The people her are very down to earth.

I like the place but I just had a horrible experience when I ordered for pick up online. I got a combination 16″ along with 2 other pizzas. When you order online there are two columns where it seems like you can remove items and another column called “Combo Topping List” Where one would assume this would be Extra toppings due to it being separate from the remove list pictured here. We asked for no Linguica extra onions, mushrooms, Olives and bell peppers. We went to pick it up the pizza then we walked all the way back to our office all that was on it was cheese peperoni and sausage how is that a combo pizza? When my associates went to get it fixed the front desk gave them attitude and said they had to dispose of the original one so they need the pizza back. Keep in mind this was during lunch which we only have a limited time. When we finally brought back the pizza they obviously just put veggies on top and reheated the original pizza due to a slice being missing on the poor excuse for a pizza and the same slice being missing on the “new” pizza. DONT ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP AND ALWAYS CHECK THE PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
