I tried Fat Boys Fast Food for the first time today and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Philly with fries, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had. The sandwich was packed with flavor, the meat was tender, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right—definitely the perfect side.
On top of the great food, the service was fast and friendly, which made the experience even better. You can tell they put care into what they do, and it shows in both the food and the way they treat customers.
If you’re looking for a food truck that delivers on taste and quality, Fat Boys Fast Food is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Okayyyy let me tell y’all how this started — pregnancy cravings had me wanting food truck fries, not regular fast food fries. So I went on a mission and did some searching online. That’s when I came across this food truck… and the pictures?? Absolutely AMAZING. I knew I had to try it!
Unfortunately, they weren’t near me that day, so I reached out to the owner on Facebook to ask about upcoming locations. He responded super fast and told me the next stop would be just 15 minutes from my house — I was SO excited!
Now let’s talk about the food
I ordered two 6-piece wing combos:
Teriyaki & Garlic Parm mixed
Buffalo Lemon Pepper
When I say the food was FIRE I mean it. The wings were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and seasoned so well. Every bite was chef’s kiss.
And because I have a serious obsession with mozzarella sticks, I had to try those too… and once again, NOT disappointed. Crispy on the outside, cheesy and melty on the inside — exactly how they should be!
On top of the amazing food, the owner was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and his business.
The food is 100% worth the money, and I will absolutely be back to try more items. If you see this truck in your area — RUN, don’t walk!

My apartment complex does a Food Truck Friday and today was “ Fat Boy’s Food Food “! Customer service was amazing!!! We order and my wife wanted to make a quick run which took a while. When I tell you even with us taking a while to come back to pick up the food. It was still hot and fresh. 10 out of 10 !!! I got the Philly and my wife got the lemon pepper wings. Nidal is an incredible person! When my food truck cancelled without notice and I had no one to feed my customers at an event, he dropped everything to come help. Publix chicken tenders who? Stumbled across this food truck online and decided to try it with my husband this evening. When we got there he had ran out of wings which was a good sign to us so we decided to try other things. My husband purchased a burger I had A bite and omg it was amazing and tasted like the best cook out burger! But my chicken tenders oh my goodness! This was a plate you get up and ask WHO MADE THIS!? so juicy flavored I got The hot honey flavor. 10/10 recommend! Will be going back for sure!!
