I recently visited the location Monday afternoon after picking up my children from school, and they were really in the mood to get Italian ice, and we’ve always been a fan of Jeremiah’s, and we’ve always loved their customer service. But as of recently, we’ve noticed that their customer service has declined rapidly, no longer a nice welcome, and no longer feel welcomed like we used to. I have to follow up with the fellow Carrie that commented before mine as well. I have to agree with her. Kayla was very disrespectful in my opinion, and the same with the other guy. They both seemed to not want anybody there and seemed very into their own conversation rather than putting their attention on us. Once again, I have to say I feel like this place has practically declined. New management has done very poorly to shape these employees. I very much miss the old staff. They were always so welcoming, friendly to me and my kids, always offering samples, and I feel like we just did not get that.

If I could give this zero stars, I would!! Kayla’s customer service is extremely poor. On my first visit, she was dismissive, and I assumed it was just a bad day. After a recent encounter, it is clear this is her normal behavior! She is rude, demanding, and belittling to customers of all ages. The way she spoke to my kids, and the way I have seen her speak to other children, is completely unacceptable, and she is just as disrespectful toward adults. The previous staff was friendly and patient. Kayla is neither! Her behavior makes me not want to return, and something needs to be done.

I was very much unprepared and doubtful, my first visit to Jeremiah’s. This place surprised the heck outta me. It’s something different, ice cream meet Italian Ice …My daughter and I really enjoyed the Cheesecake flavor . I highly recommend this location. Staff was friendly and atmosphere is nice and pleasant.

I will be a repeat customer. When the young lady offered a taste before I ordered.. I was so happy about that. Then after the taste I was hooked. She even recommended to download the app to receive a free small treat, highly suggest. They have many combinations so one should be able to get the mix they want, but if not be inventive.. great atmosphere and awesome service .

This place has over 30 flavors ranging from strawberry lemonade to mint chocolate chip. They have everything you can think of and the best part is that you can sample anything before you commit. I enjoyed the basil lemonade, coconut, and cookie butter flavors. I cannot wait to go back and try some more!
This location has windows in the front where you place your order, and then from there you get your treat and walk away or you can walk into their air-conditioned dining room. I like the outside window service because it’s very fast and casual. The prices are fair and the service is very fast.
Did I mention they also do Ice Cream & Gelati? (Yes Gelati) The ice cream itself was delicious but I came for Italian Ice. I will update my review on Ice Cream & Gelati when I get over the Italian Ice.

The guy working was rude didn’t say anything when I got to the window then walked away The guy working was rude. When I reached the window, I didn’t hear anything from them, so I walked away. There was a line with about 7 people, and I wasted 10 minutes waiting. It’s sad this place used to be so good.

what can I say. The flavors are plentiful and good. You can sample them before you buy. The service is good and fast. Not the best plaza to be in (low parking and LOTS of construction right now). BUT… we are so happy to have found this place. It’s a nice change from froyo (which we still love). Now we make it a part of our regular Sunday funday shenanigans.

We arrived at the window and there was a bit of a line. We noticed however there was only one girl taking orders, making them, and handling guests. When we got to the window I saw a man in the back sitting on his phone and not helping. I felt so bad for this girl because she was so kind and helpful and was left stranded by herself. THEY NEED TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT THE FRONT!! Bless that girls heart and soul!!

What is going on? Stopped by last night to get a simple vanilla and chocolate chip Italian ice and they said they don’t have the chocolate chip Italian ice?? They said they cut half their flavors.. BUT WHY cut the chocolate chip? I don’t get it. I’ve been going here for years and pretty disappointed. Please bring it back.
