My daughter loves the ice cream! The girl behind the counter was amazing handling a long line of orders by herself. She was very polite. Only critique I have is that they need at least one other person working there especially on the weekends when families are out. It took about 20-30 minutes to reach the counter.

There was only one person working, and the individual was friendly but definitely working hard. Unfortunately, because there was only one person working there was a little bit of a wait
However, once the wait was over and we got our sweet treats, they were yummy. It was the first time I’d ever heard of mixing Italian ice with soft serve ice cream , so I had to give it a try. I tried the oreo Sunday. It was a very flavorful, light, and great treat to help with Florida’s heat and humidity

It’s turned really “franchise-y” with their menu and general atmosphere. The older locations have places to sit outside whereas this is in a strip plaza. Half the fun is the experience. Their sizes may or may not have gotten smaller, but it feels like it. Inventory was low apparently. I’d probably go to the San Jose location in the future, I wasn’t really a fan of this one.

Nifty little Italian ice store in a busy plaza. They have a wide array of Italian ice flavors and you can add soft serve or toppings. You’ll find something you like! I got the horchata Italian ice and it was delicious (and reasonably priced). My only complaint is the cashier was clearly uninterested in being there. Maybe she was just having a bad day but she wasn’t friendly at all. Still a great product though

I want to tell you about a sweet guy named Colin. This young man served all alone with no help anywhere while myself and my group were there amongst so many other patrons. He handled the long lines with kids and pretty picky adults even with such grace. He was patient and kind and his manners were so wonderful. He hand served everyone one by one their orders and stayed so cool under the pressure. I suggest who ever owns this place to see the value this young man is and give him a raise. I am telling you… you do not and will not find many who will work under that pressure no matter the age the way he did. For that reason, even having a place near us to go to…we will be back because this young guy is customer service excellent!!!! Thank him again for us. We all tipped him very well and encouraged others to do the same because they too couldn’t believe how well he was doing! Thank you Collin… Your one in a million and you will continue to go far with your hard working ethics!

Great ice cream. Need more people working the counter. Should not take 30 to 45 minutes for Ice cream. We left this time and went to Whitts because did not want to wait 45 minutes. Kids that work their are great.

Delicious but horribly managed. They staff 1 teenager at a time even on the weekends and it takes at least 30 minutes for each order ahead of you, sometimes 45 minutes per order. The kids theybhave their seem like good kids no issue with them thay can only do one things at a time. When it gets bad which is pretty often we just go to Whits Custard nearby thier service is incredible and they would never leace one person to run the store alone. Having to waiting an hour for icecream with rambunctious kids is just utterly ridiculous. If the owner is willing to staff this appropriately, they should just make it like 711 where you can self serve. It’s the only place nearby with soft serve so we would happily make this our first choice if the owners would get it properly staffed.

The best flavor is either mango or Bahama freeze for me! My kids love the Scoop Froggy Frog, a mint chocolate chip Italian ice. They make a treat called a gelati which is Italian ice layered with soft ice cream.
So good! I highly recommend Jeremiah’s for a cold tasty treat and fun vibe!
