I want to thank Kwaanzaa! You were friendly and really helpful which made my 1st visit a 5-Star experience. A co-worker told me to try Jeremiah’s and to “swirl” whatever I get. I tried the Cookie Butter. It’s DELICIOUS! But I needed a pick-me-up. So, when Kwaanzaa shared that she gets a Caffè Latte when she needs energy, I went for a medium Jelati with just that. I’ll be back when it warmer to enjoy one on the patio with a friend or two.

My partner and I checked out this new Italian ice spot in Decatur and it did not disappoint! When ordering the young ladies were very nice and respectful. My bf got a mango small Italian ice and I got a small cotton candy flavor. I would rate both flavors a 10/10. My bf said his was so good it reminded him of an Italian ice flavor he had when he was 9. He’s been chasing this flavor ever since. Years later he’s finally got that perfect sugar rush from this sweet treat!

I loved the Italian ice I got. I came in the afternoon, and it was fairly empty. The workers were chill and nonchalant and let us try flavors. I got a small and liked how I could put three flavors in the cup- wound up getting mango, orange smash, and piña colado. Would 100% come back here again. There’s a bunch of parking spots in the lot.

Miyah truly deserves a raise. Her customer service is exceptional every single time. She consistently goes above and beyond, and somehow manages to make every order look even better than the pictures. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with kindness and is always ready with helpful flavor recommendations.
She embodies what great customer service should be, and she’s the main reason I continue coming back to this location. I’ve tried another Jeremiah’s location before, and the experience didn’t compare. My order felt rushed and lacked the care and attention that Miyah always provides.
Because of Miyah, I’ve recommended this location to friends and family, and even brought them along to experience it for themselves. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. I hope management takes notice. Thank you again Miyah!
Update: I visited again today because I had such a great experience yesterday with Miyah and she wasn’t there today. Look at the difference when somebody else made my order. Additionally the customer service was lacking. The young lady rushed us in an empty store, didn’t greet us, and overall was not personable at all. At this point I only want to come in when Miyah is there and she needs to train the other employees. Still tasted amazing though.

Great location! When we arrived, it was only one young lady there and it got extremely busy(the line was outside the door). She handled each customer with a smile and she was fast. Great Italian ice!

even better than the italian itself, is the service. (Which is saying a lot because the italian ice is AMAZING). I have had the pleasure of going to two Jeremiah’s locations so far, one in Peachtree City (which I have already written a review for) and this one in Decatur. Both times I was met with smiling faces and enthusiasm. Henry, who is the owner of the PC location, was so kind!
I went to the one in Decatur today, and the manager there, LaPorsha, was just as upbeat and nice. She patiently answered all questions I had, chit-chatted with me as if we were old friends, and made an amazing italian ice. the atmosphere is very fun. I recommend bringing your entire family/friend group here.
of course, besides wonderful service, the flavors and toppings are delicious! I suggest the cookie butter italian ice and the biscoff crumbles to everyone i know.
my only suggestion would be to maybe eat the first bit outside or ask for an extra cup when getting the crumbles because the bit sprinkled on the top can get a little bit messy, but only because they are very generous with helpings which is another amazing aspect of this store, no skimping!

Italian flavors are soooo good. We love the Gelati which is Italian ice and vanilla cream. Delicious. However the staff isn’t very friendly. No one says anything when you walk in and it’s very awkward!!
My husband and I drive 30 minutes for this place so the frozen treats are amazing, my only complaint is customer service could be better!

I’ve gone here 4 times and each time there is the same one employee who fails to greet me each time, no smile, no thanks for coming in, very cold and low energy. Each time I come I think maybe it was a bad day but no same attitude each time and they tend to close early randomly when they feel like it.

This is probably the second somewhat bad experience I’ve had here. I noticed that the employee behind the counter did have an injury boot on her leg but while I was putting my sample in the trash after she took my order I seen that she was done fulfilling my order within those few second that I was disposing my trash. I completely understand that she was injured but this was still not made right as advertised. Only time will tell if I’ll continue to come to this location. Gelatti’s are always great though. Just wish my order were filled properly as advertised.

The staff here is always nice! They offer free samples all day if you have trouble selecting from the many flavors! Dogs are also welcomed here and they offer free pup cups.
