Great atmosphere! Nice music. Friendly staff. We only had mixed drinks, but very reasonably priced for the airport. The two beautiful ladies here (Tuesday night) were extremely friendly and helpful. You can browse their menu online and order that way as well. Can’t comment on the food, but would stop by again.

I used to eat here all the time when I travelled for work internationally. Loved it! Great service amazing food, always ate here to forgo the in flight dinner. On my way to Ireland, flight delayed so I was excited to return. QR code ordering , ok. Ordered a fish sandwich. Bun old, fish not fresh, fries soggy and tasteless. It was awful. Ended up getting fast food instead. Wine was good. Servers friendly.

You can probably do better ANYWHERE else. Excellent (heavy sarcasm because nothing was good) place barely room temp food (shrimp tacos) and wait staff that gives you wide eyes when you ask nicely for a box and just disappears. 18% gratuity added to the bill whether you like it or not. I typically tip well, but way too much for this place. AVOID!!!

Incredibly slow. You will need a couple hours at the airport to order a meal in time to make a connecting flight. I had to leave before my order came. Waited about an hour and it wasn’t even made when I had to leave. Unacceptable.

Very bad service. Airport restaurants should cater for fast service due to the nature of the flight schedules. This restaurant operates with the QR code system. The waiting time was way over the time we had before we had to board the flight. The people next to our table said they had already waited a half hour for their order. So we decided to leave. From my observation there was 3 people operating; one in the room, one behind the bar and one in the kitchen. That is just bad business!!

Awful service.. shrimp tacos served cold, hoping I don’t get sick. 18% tip added automatically for 2 people and you had to hunt her down for everything. She acted like you were bothering her every time

The ordering using a QR code kept failing. Finally got a live person to manually enter my order and they helped themself to charging a higher tip than I had selected. The food was disappointing. Fried pickles were burned and inedibly salty. Catfish tenders had breading similar to sawdust, but coarser. The shrimp tacos were decent, I guess.

Don’t ignore the reviews. I waited 30 mins for a salad. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but for what I got, I could’ve done a grab and go from one of the airport kiosks. It’s a good place to grab a quick drink but don’t bother with food because you’ll wait.

Avoid this place. They have a QR code ordering system that doesn’t work once you get to the payment step. Finally we flagged down a server, who had to take my phone to the bar to place the order. The server then presented us with a receipt and indicated that process was over, only to flag me down frantically after we had left to explain we needed to “close out.” (Said server had already been by and asked if we were finished, and we said yes. No mention of closing out was made.) The food was expensive and cold. Sure it’s the airport so you don’t expect much, but the dysfunctional online ordering system makes life difficult for patrons and servers alike, all to presumably avoid paying staff at a living wage.

I wish I had taken a photo of my turkey sandwich, because it was absurd that they actually put it on the plate and pretended it was okay; it bore no resemblance to the item’s description on the menu that I scanned in front of me. The bacon was not included at all, and the “aioli” was a packet of mayo. The bread was tasteless, cold, stale, and structurally deficient. Considering the fact that it was served in a plastic clamshell container for dine-in, I’m pretty sure it was taken out of a fridge, or maybe they ran down to the Hudson News in the main concourse for it. Awfully bold of them to stick an 18% gratuity on the bill. They get the second star for decent local beer.
