Stopped her before hitting the road. These donuts are so fresh and they definitely don’t skimp on the cream filling. Beware! They are so full of filling and are heavy, lol. Just one had each of us stuffed! Best donuts we’ve ever had! Next time we’ll do

I had a take-our order, so service/ atmosphere was simply that interaction, which was good. However, and despite the good reputation, I found the donuts did not have a delightful taste. It almost tasted like the frying oil was poor, but I don’t know for sure. TBH, the donuts did have to spend Christmas eve night in the packaging bc the place was not open on Dec 25 for pickup. We ate them anyway. I am doubtful now about purchasing donuts from Jeff’s in the future.

Incredibly pleasant, patient staff as I took forever to choose only 6 donuts. Everything on display looked so good. The donuts are huge! I brought them home and had to have a small bite from each. Yup, they are all yummy!!

Walked in to get some donuts and the lady behind the counter did nothing to hide her disdain for us presumably bothering her.
My first time visiting but other locations were highly recommended. I asked about any specials or how many I needed to get like most donut shops. She scoffed and said the price is per donut just tell me how many you want already.
I said give me a moment to see what kinds they had and again she pushed and said “Tell me how many you’re getting so I can know a box size” finally I said 6 or 7.
Another couple came in behind my son and and the employee audibly said “oh for crying out loud”
I picked out several donuts with the help of my son, but upon considering another one due to their extensive selection, again the employee voiced her disdain with “you’re getting more?” Mind you we weren’t even at the 7ish total I’d even guessed at.
All in all the donuts were nothing to write home about, the service was the worst I’d ever experienced and I will never be back to that location or possibly any. Waste of my time and money.

Damn those are great doughnuts! Got into Louisville, Kentucky late night. Checked into the hotel, nothing to eat, felt restless. drive around, just around the corner is this place, open at 11pm ( everything was closed in the area) got three doughnuts and was happy as a clam. great great doughnuts highly recommend

The donuts are delicious but I was blown away by the service. I had a large online order and had to carry a stack of boxes. Not only did the employee open the door of the store for me, she opened my car door, too! Really kind.

Day or night, what I mean is 24/7! Need something good and sweet at 2pm or 2am, swing by Jeff”s the people are friendly and will help you in the event you get overloaded with “what to pick”. With this run I had to go with a little mix, and a whole lot of well my standard so….yummy. Yes I used yummy This is just a few of the selections. Swing by the store and check out the selection in person. I dare you! JK but I’m slowly doing the one donut or one baker’s dozen at a time. Oh try it out with some coffee. Doesn’t that sound so good? Sugar rush heaven!

This is the third time I’ve gotten a refrigerated cold donut but the first time that I got a glazed donut with chocolate icing because they ran out of chocolate donuts. This was disgusting! If you like cold donuts and eating a mound of straight icing this is for you.
