Had so much fun here! Bar is really clean and cute had funny signs hung up all around the bar. Jen was a Great bartender!! Free popcorn and chilled shots. Locals were really friendly and welcoming!

It’s weird that everyone labels things as a dive bar these days. Where I grew up in the U.P., we just call this our local bar. The key is the Blatz sign out front. Sometimes it’s called Mitch’s. Sometimes it’s called Flannigan’s. This one is called Jeffrey’s. It’s where the town comes to hang out and connect over a few drinks and laughs. They didn’t decorate it for YOU. They didn’t import some vibe or look. They’re not trying to score your review. They’re just awesome real people. I appreciate Joel the bartender for making us feel welcome right away. There’s always some skepticism when out-of-towners come to your local digs because they might come in with attitude or be upset that there isn’t a drink choice or food for them. My wife and I had an excellent time here. We would have stayed longer, but we were on an Anniversary and such…….so, yeah. Thanks Jeffreys. We’ll be back.
