WE LOVE FRIES! At Jefferson Fry Co, We love Fries! For us, it’s always been about the Fries. Fresh cut fries everyday. Curly, straight, sweet or crinkle we cut them all everyday. Our passion for fries began in a food truck (in Ireland) back in the 80’s. Today we bring our passion and love of fries to Cromwell CT. Served naked for dippin’ or dressed with J. Fry Co. choice of meats, sauces and cheeses, we’re sure you’ll love our fries as much as we do! The food is absolutely delicious. My brother insisted that we go here while I was visiting (originally from CT, but moved away). Service was quick. The menu is overwhelming in a good way.
Order: pulled pork burger, naked fries, taco fries, & the dirty Carolina dog. Carolina bbq sauce is my favorite! They hit it on the nail with the dirty dog. The sauce was sooooo tasty. I loved my taco fries as well. Will definitely go back as well as recommend this place.

Perfect Closure of a week with Fusion Fries and Blue Raspberry from Jefferson Fry. It was so delicious. The taste was so good!! You definitely need to try this if you’re willing to try something very different and completely delicious out of the world. Thank you London for suggesting the flavor.

Finally made it in to try the place in person (years later), burger was GOOD and FRESH. The wife had the truffle fries, me the naked and they were both amazing!!! Made us go back to the counter and try a couple of milkshakes, highly recommend the cookie butter… should be illegal it’s so yummy. My cardiologist will not be happy with my new obsession. Service was fantastic and friendly, lots of smiles. Also interesting, they don’t allow doordash to order there and wait while picking up another customers order so that it gets to the person ordering as quicker as possible. SMART, so don’t hesitate to order from home knowing their management is looking out for you.

Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Never heard of this spot before. I got the Pulled pork curry fries, chicken tenders and strawberry cheesecake shake.
Everything I received was hot and fresh!
The pork was cooked very well and not dry. The curry was pleasant and the fries were still crispy.
The chicken tenders were cooked well and not dry at all! Lots of flavor from the breading and the brine. The breading was light and crispy.
Milkshake was good but smaller than expected.

Service was great. We tried the Truffle Parmesan and Steak and Cheese fries. I believe the TP are too greasy. The S&C was very good. I also had a Bacon Cheeseburger. It was pretty good.

Our group had the poutine, steak and cheese, bacon cheddar and Greek dirty fries. We also had the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and the Oreo milkshake.
All of the food was great, and the milkshakes were great too. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the building was clean, including the bathrooms!
Wish we had one closer to us in MA.

Super clean, friendly staff, and great menu! I would say every French fry combination I could possibly want was available on the menu here. On our first visit we went for the fusion fries, garlic and cheese fries, and taco fries. All were so so good – made with fresh ingredients and super flavorful. Personally, the garlic and cheese fries were my favorite, and my boyfriend picked the fusion fries as his favorite. The JFC burger was cooked perfectly, and we thought it was really cool that it came with fries on it! We wouldn’t normally go THIS hard on a normal visit, but since it was our first time, we wanted to go all out and sample the menu. Special shoutout to the cookie butter milkshake which was such a great treat with this meal. Update: we went back 2 years later and it was just as great of an experience! We thought the presentations had improved from last time, particularly on the JFC burger. The staff did a great job on a busy Friday night of getting the food out quickly. A solid spot for fast casual dining, and I’ll never get tired of all of those options for fries!

5 Star experience! Highly recommended! We ordered the Taco Fries and the Buffalo Fries. Both were really good but the buffalo fries were amazing! The milkshakes were delicious as well!!, We had regular Vanilla and a Nutella. The food was brought out in less than 10min. Great service! Will definitely be back! What are you waiting for? Place that order!! .

Fries to get: Chilli, Pesto, Taco, Garlic and Cheese. Fusion Fries are…unique…wouldn’t get them again though, just too much going on. Will add more thoughts as I try more.
Fries are a good size for lunch, but I’d recommend getting an entre with the fries for a dinner option. The hot dog was good, but I was looking for my onions to be a little more cooked. Minor, but thought I should point that out. Tried both the Jefferson Fry Burger and Bacon Cheese Burger.
The staff was awesome and personable. They got me in and out efficiently. I’d definitely frequent this place more for their various fries and I’m excited to try their shakes soon.
