I like the fact its a black owned business! The food is ok. The services could be better. The fact someone was eating and taking my order was not what I was expecting. One guy that was making the food was very attentive and his service alone was what I was expecting all the way thru. They have so many things on the menu with no descriptive its hard to make a decision. I thought this was the same business that has the food truck but I’m not sure if it is or not. My go to is the fish sandwich! My family tried other things and they said the fries didn’t seem done. The combo meal wasn’t for an adult clearly. I feel its worth another try. I’m willing to keep going until they get it right.

Wanted some food to remind me of home, nope. Ordered a Gyros, got gyros fries with old lettuce ( yep gyros and lettuce). Got a “Chicago Dog” that was anything but. Im not even gonna go into my wife’s mayo and mustard sandwich (supposed to be a burger). Might have been better than one star if the only person working had even stopped for two seconds to take our order. I don’t think she even acknowledged us other than to throw a price at us (midway into our order) and take our money. Chicago food is easy enough that you can get good stuff from a cart and somehow it can’t be put together here.

First time here. Staff seemed pissed off there were actual customers. Had a glove on the one hand while no glove on the other, picked up the phone with that, pulled up her pants and then proceeded to cut the lettuce and use the hand with no glove to serve it. Very disappointed and disgusted. Fries not all the way cooked. If I did not ask for my drink which came with the meal she would have said nothing. Won’t come back for sure. If they don’t like working there then find something you like. I did try to smile and joke and got nothing. Food is 3/5. Meat was hard to chew. Fries were green and undercooked.

I would rate it lower except the fact my boyfriend enjoyed his food. It really threw me off when after we ordered I watched a young man walk in from standing next to a car in the parking lot and start making our food, no washing of hands nothing yes he put gloves on but sorry to me still not sanitary enough. The price for the food is good but do not expect much for toppings the steak burger had three small fried onions on it, the commercial one looks way better but that is not what it looks like. The fries were OK my boyfriend ate them they were to undercooked for me. Last and not least do not expect great customer service, as we stood there a lady yells Do you know what you want, are you ready to order yet, so I stated yes and ordered no smile, thank you nothing of the sort not even your order will be right out. I am glad my boyfriend at least enjoyed the food since he was the one really craving it after seeing the commercial.

So not even from Wisconsin. I saw the food menu that reminded me of Chicago. BIG MISTAKE!! The lady in there was RUDE! I spoke once I got to the counter with nothing but a stare. “What can I get you” I ordered a 3 piece wing and a gyro burger. The wings were small and hard(no flavor). The burger was the absolute worst. It was dry, thrown together, and sliver of condiments. The lemonade was a slushy with a squirt of flavor. I would NEVER GO BACK THERE!! Don’t waste your money!!

First off the health department came in and shut them down while we were eating not surprisingly. The place was filthy with cigarette butts on the floor filthy tables etc. Got the chicago dog special which we waited a half hour for. The hot dogs were cold and barely any condiments at all. Was brought a box of food no napkins no drinks we ordered no ketchup we ordered. Went up and got the rest of our order and the 2 girls thar were there were extremely rude. Glad we didn’t get sick we will not be back

Had a gyro and it was very good. Packed with meat and lots of sauce. I think they fried the pita on one side because it had a nice toasted flavor and a pleasing crunch, while still being soft and flexible.
Fries were small but I got plenty and they were hot, crisp, and flavorful.
Will definitely be returning.
