The loaded fries were excellent, with plenty of cheese and bacon — definitely a must-try! The buffalo chicken wrap was very good and had a nice spicy kick. My husband ordered the Old Spice shrimp, which was good, but unfortunately the shrimp were too salty and ended up masking the taste of the other ingredients.

First time. Went for football. Great spot to see all the games – wide open in the bar. We had the wings, crispy and tasty. Loaded fries were ok, they need cheese sauce not shredded cheeses otherwise you are paying for just a bunch of fries. We also ordered the buffalo chicken pizza , which tasted . Had a house salad as well. All and all, a pretty decent place to eat and and awesome place to sports and have drinks. Definitely going back during the season.

They have decent food and great bartenders. Being unable to sit a party of 9 because you have an event 2.5 hours later and you want to save the seating for people attending the Triva Night is ridiculous. The least they could do is post it on their website so people know not to show up after 5 o’clock if they want to have dinner and are not staying for the trivia. Poor service and incompetent management.
Update: They still don’t post on their website that they refuse to sit larger families even if it is 2.5 hours before an event. If that is your policy, post it.
If your management is so adept at handling issues as they arise like you say, then train your employees to get a manager before it escalates. You didn’t have an opportunity to intervene because your employees didn’t tell you there was an issue. Being unavailable to handle issues makes your ability to do so irrelevant.
Maybe just do better instead of grandstanding on reviews?

Easy to find, right off Ritchie Highway with plenty of parking. Very clean and open on the inside. Plenty of TVs. Large, square bar and many booths available. Our bartender was Kim, who was very nice and attentive. A decent beer selection (Oliver is their main brand) and served cold. Went on a Wednesday, which happened to be their ‘wing night.’ Had a mix of Old Bay and Mango Habanero boneless wings. The boneless wings were tasty, and they were served with plenty of blue cheese and celery sticks. Overall, good experience and I will go back.

It seems like this restaurant gets their takeout orders wrong more times than they get them right. We order the salmon dinners there, and they consistently leave out the salad dressings and often put gravy on the mashed potatoes when we requested without. Check your orders at the Register before you leave.

Been here a few times for drinks but never had their food. I was craving a burger and finally experienced their Smashburger. It was absolutely mouthwatering and full of flavor. Paid extra for their Onions Rings. What a perfect combination. Definitely satisfied my burger cravings. A huge shout out to our se ver Scotty. He was exceptional. Very attentive, accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back here…soon!!

If you’re looking for a sports bar with great food and plenty of TVs, this spot won’t disappoint! The atmosphere is lively, with huge screens visible from nearly every seat, so you never miss a moment of the action. Wings were a treat but buffalo chicken wrap was meh. Service was quick, even on a game day, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The bartender locked eyes with me when I sat down and then walked away. Other than the nice couple I sat and talked with about other restaurants in SP, nothing got better. The nice couple gave me the drink menu and showed me their food menu. They were not impressed with the menu. I order for a kid and two adults. The food was to go and all came out not boxed. Instead of just saying it was a mistake the bartender said it was the kitchens fault then trashed the kitchen staff and how they function. After dumping the food into the togo boxes he stacked them up infront of me on the bar. Another employee saw his error and got a bag. The nice couple next to me paid and went some places else. Once home I was not suprised to see the food was bagged Sysco/USFoods pre-made. Salad is precut bagged salad. Service should have better after months of training and food was uninspired mass product. There are better places to go in the same shopping center
