I placed an order through Uber Eats. I live less than 10 minutes away. I gave specific instructions. I received cold food and also Wrong drinks. I called the actual store. I was told they could replace my order if I brought it back however, the young ladies spoke with the manager and he told me to call Uber eats so I’m still without a meal and it’s 1217 an hour later I upgraded to curly fries and they are cold. I asked that my box be cracked so they would not be soggy, but both were lukewarm.

The food here is so delicious it’s almost addictive! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they take pride in their food because every bite was seasoned just right. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.

I always come to this location and never had any problems. The young lady with the blue a green hair named Jayla always takes care of me when I go. She is beautiful and respectful. Being an elder she has excellent manors and customer service. My overall experience was fantastic and I’ll always go back. Love to see that bright beautiful smile when I go there. Love Jax

I can’t believe that they gave me 7 dog on fries. I try to give the employees at the register the benefit of the doubt. HOWEVER, there is a lack of professionalism! They always look like they just rolled out of bed. But, the food is always good.

I doordashed the wings and shrimp combo and you know they are a place that charges for sauce so I paid for 2 of them on door dash the sweet and tangy and they sent me shrimp and wings with NO SAUCE and the receipt that was stabled to the bag clearly said 2 x sweet and tangy sauce NEVER AGAIN my first time and my last time there! They have the customer service and brain of a McDonalds employee , can’t even read but want to charge extra . SMH the wings also tasted and looked like old grease

I absolutely love coming here this is hands down my favorite fish and chips spot! The food is always fresh and delicious, and I especially appreciate how consistently well they prepare my chicken liver and chicken wings just the way I like it every time.

This place is so awesome . Great shoutout to Hamza . He did great with customer service and my order was accurate . WE DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR OUR ORDER and plus he mentioned about the slushy so we got one and it was the best the pina colada kind was well recommend thanks to him. I will say this place has the best burgers. Who ever back there making it keep doing your thing. Will be coming back again .
