Good food ! Pick and choose your ingredients and style. I got a bowl with seasoned rice, refried beans, steak, shredded monterey jack, lettuce and corn. There are additional sauces available that are very good. Would recommend to anyone who likes Chipotle! Will eat here again.

Food was fresh and not greasy. We enjoyed the build your own burrito bowl, quesadilla, and some plain guacamole (meals came w/ chips). Chicken and steak were good. Could have been more seasoned in general but they did have a salsa bar to enhance it (which was not labeled and a bit messy). Music was odd and kinda loud. Service was fast but not particularly friendly. Prices were a little much for a place where you get your own drink, salsa, and no table service. No frills but fresh.

Extremely good food, got the bowl with what I wanted, they fill it to the top and don’t skip on anything. The salsa and chip were freshly made and so was the guacamole.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Javi P’s, visiting at least twice a week, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My office spent nearly $70, yet my order was mishandled—shrimp I clearly requested was left out, and I was told I’d need to pay for “triple meat” instead. On top of that, I was charged for items I never received. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to fix it and were rude and dismissive. For the amount of money and loyalty I give this restaurant, I expect honesty and good service, but neither was shown.
Update: I tried emailing the store but I never received a response. I would love to contact you and discuss this matter. Please inform me on how you would like to move forward.

So this pains me to write, but my experience today hasn’t been the best.
We come to Javi P’s every time we drive through Monroe… so far I’ve been here several times.
The food is great and the food quality has been good but I noticed they didn’t have all the sauces they used to.
However, today, both restrooms had no soap and the women’s restroom had no functioning sink (no water, no soap). When I told the staff they were unimpressed and said the owners new of the problem already. The way they said it is as if the owners have known this for a little while and are just not doing anything about it.
Also, the tables were dirty and overall the restaurant wasn’t as clean as it used to. I just hope this is a fluke and the food will continue to be good.

Great service, very friendly staff! Always plenty of seating. Hibiscus tea is good. Food is always good. I only get meat but the other options always look good.

Someone please bring Chipotle or Moe’s to the Monroe area quickly!! Not only is their food cold, ill seasoned and sub par . The customer service Is horrendous. The front cashier (bad dye job to blonde with the fake name of flor) is incredibly rude and incessantly rolled her eyes at me. Save your bucks. Go somewhere else!

Ordered through door dash. My meal was delivered quickly and it was still warm. Excellent delivery driver, awesome food and affordable prices. I ordered the nachos with double meat of steak and the cheese dip. Delicious I will definitely order from Javi P’s again.
