Took 40 minutes just to tell me their system isn’t working and they aren’t getting mobile orders while I sat inside waiting. Not the staffs fault but dang lock in y’all….if u see someone sitting there for that long at least ask what order I’m there for!!! And to say to refund it and there’s nothing you can do instead of just making the order? C’mon now. Never going here again. Try the other burger king nearby y’all they’re way better.

On December 14,2025 I went through the drive through and ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a fish sandwich When i got to the window i asked the black female hostess if they had milk shakes and with irritation said we have the normal flavors, i asked if i could get a vanilla milk shake! she said no you must drive around (no one was behind us) i said you are kidding she said no im not. i felt she strongly is racist against white people this occurred around 1pm

I usually don’t really like going to Burger King, but my GF was begging me to go so I reluctantly drove her there. Once I arrived at at the drive thru to my surprise the guy was super friendly and happy to help take my order. Bro changed my entire view of Burger King. The food was pretty good too. Give the man working the drive thru a raise. I will be coming back.

My only issue was the whopper the bun didn’t seem fresh and sandwich had a chemical taste maybe it was just me but I’ve never had any problems with the whopper, the service was good young lady was very polite

One of the worst locations in the area. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. The dining area is usually dirty. I generally avoid this location. Not sure why they kept this location open and closed the one in the Tuckahoe Village Shopping Center.

I was all excited to order and try the new chicken sandwich so much so that I ordered two. It was awful! It was so overcooked that I almost couldn’t bite through it. I like crispy but this was like a brick. As you can see from the color it’s not golden…. It’s dark brown! I could taste the burnt oil from the fryer! It’s was so off that it almost tasted like rancid oil.
I can most certainly say that after this experience I will NOT order this sandwich again! I would have thought that a particular focus would be on a new and competitive product. If this is the product you’re going to put out…. Burger King is going to lose the chicken sandwich war. I’m beyond disappointed.

There can be no one in the drive thru but it still takes at least 10 minutes. The older lady at the drive thru makes no effort to lean out the widow for your payment or handing you your food. Avoid if possible

I have never been to such horrific chain restaurant location in my life! I walk in and staff is on their personal phone while taking my order discussing sleeping over someone’s house, pathetic!
The fountain soda station literally had someone’s old drink laying on its side! The gave me 1/2 way eatan container of fries! The meat in my burger was pink and tasted old so I spit it out and dumped my food in the trash where it belongs ! The only reason I didn’t take pictures of everything else is because I was in fear that the staff would see me and retaliate.The place was ran by people you try to avoid walking down the street so I looked the other way and left. Only reason I ordered food there was because I was starving and Hardee’s across the street was closed! The restroom was the only place that looked somewhat decent! Stay away!

How about learn some respect at drive thru and proper manners. If your in your 50s with that much attitude maybe choose a different job.
