I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the Raspberry white mocha blended! It turned out good! And the sandwich was delicious and very filling!

Located on the shoreline of King’s Beach North Lake Tahoe, this is a great locally owned and operated coffee shop! Offering a great selection of specialty espresso drinks, drip coffees, teas, and smoothies! Very popular spot in the morning, so be patient with the friendly staff. There is only one espresso machine, but the barista has a great system to prepare your customized drink!

Best mocha we had in north Lake Tahoe. The bagel sandwich was great; large and soft. Yes, there was a little extra grease but guess what – cheese is greasy. A little pricey, but we expected that given the location.

North Shore Lake Tahoe is a serene and magical place, and JavaHut truly embodies that spirit. Though we took our 7am coffees to go, the brief visit (and wonderful chat with owner and fellow Coloradan Chelsey) made for a wonderful day to follow. Definitely worth a visit (or three) for anyone visiting Kings Beach.

What can I say – I guess Washington states local roasting scene has me spoiled. Based on the reviews and the upscale location I was expecting was a good americano – instead I received a bitter, over roasted cup that is a solid step below the average chain. The breakfast sandwich was tasty. Prices were high but expected for location. I would highly recommend they consider improving the beans they use.

My friend and I had such an amazing experience at JavaHut x2! We were looking for a basic breakfast when we walked into JavaHut and ended up finding amazing smoothies and pastries. When it came time to look for breakfast again shortly after, we couldn’t convince ourselves to go anywhere else. The food, the vibes, and the people were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome in a foreign place. (Huge shoutout to the strawberry cream cheese turnover which were heavenly!)

The coffee was great. Unfortunately, the breakfast bagel sandwich I ordered was one of the worst things I have ever seen in my life. Upon opening the foil I found the bagel to be covered in grease/oil and dripping from the the foil. There was probably 4 oz of this. Not only did it drip into my snowboarding pants that got ruined but it was so vile, that I almost threw up.

Clean, beautiful room, excellent walking distance to shopping and great food. Excellent room price. Very clean. I had to say that twice.
