Social Profile:

We opened the first Java House in Carmel, Indiana in May 2019. Since then, Java House has been busy in the Indianapolis community, opening more stores and having fun educating customers about coffee. Today, we are proud to have a total of 12 locations including four in Lafayette/West Lafayette Indiana. Java House specializes in Cold Brewing, rather than hot brewing, We originally chose to commit to authentic brewing methods, making sure every batch of coffee brewed has the same taste and quality as the last. Commonly, we brew in chilled water for a 12–24-hour period, yielding our standard smooth, flavorful Cold Brew.

⭐ My favorite coffee shop on campus! ⭐
Best coffee and the friendliest staff. Here are some drinks I’ve tried and loved (or my friend did!):

☕ Iced Latte with Vanilla Syrup – A true classic that never disappoints. The beans are smooth and flavorful. Definitely my go-to once I’ve tried everything else on the menu!

Cloudy Salted Caramel – A little on the sweeter side for me, but my friend loved it. Perfect if you like dessert-style drinks.

Dubai Chocolate Matcha – Unique and highly recommended if you enjoy pistachio-like flavors. I absolutely love this one ❤️

In a Minute – One of their signatures. Dark chocolate + cinnamon + espresso = perfection. The cinnamon blends so well—cinnamon lovers, this one’s for you!

Java House is a great place to grab some coffee or food! The staff are nice and the coffee was amazing. They have a nice variety of drinks and small things to eat if you need a snack. It’s located near campus on Vine Street. The space was formally leased by cooper moon as well. Street parking available, but fills up very fast. Go check them out!

First time trying this place and it is amazing here. A very classic coffee shop feel that I’ve been looking for. Workers are so kind and super fast. I was not expecting to get my drink as quick as I did, but I love it! 🙂 <3 (blocked out faces in photos for privacy of others)

This was my first time ordering here & I ordered online (before the shop was open) but they still let me in, and made my coffee for me. Their online ordering didn’t register that they have shortened hours so I showed up before they were even open. Also my coffee is SO good, I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you to both of the workers there today for being so kind and awesome. 🙂

This place has me confused on how the cheapest way to do java beans becomes the most expensive! There is some redemption, a gorgeous and inviting ambience, lovely staff, parking garage nearby, full on variety of cold brews, and loyalty perks attempted but not generous at all. It is expensive, wow, just wow, what sort of high class thick wallet sippers are coming here again and again? Nearly eight bucks for a non-dairy sixteen ounce drink? I have a hunch this place goes first in the next economic crash! Everything is intensely sweet without any espresso notes or balance expected with any sort of latte. The marketing here leads astray due to it all being cold brew while appearing like drip and pressurized brew. Perhaps an easy favorite for the sweet toothed baptized babe yet for actual espresso craft one must venture to Sacred Grounds, Leaps, Fuel, Star City, Eleventh House, Revelle, Wanderlust, even Vienna has more authentic origins. Here the consistency is fair, some seasonal brews give fun dessert treats but prices and serious lack of quality hold me back. No home crafted syrups, it’s all that cheap sucrose in plastic pump bottles. There is no way to make cold brew anything but weirdly relaxed coffee. Sure it’s sublime in smooth texture and a wild hit of caffeine however should cost less than half the prices charged here.

I very much enjoyed this new shop! They also seem to have great service, and also have the same great coffees! They were very kind to us by giving us coffees since we were part of the snow removal crew shoveling their sidewalks! Definitely will come again sometime, and also seem to have fairly good prices!

Coffee is really good but the hours make this place inconvenient IMO. What coffee shop opens as late as 9am? Id love to start my day here but by the time they’re open Im either in class or at work already. They also seem to close by 6 which is so early! Real shame cause the staff and beans are both really good. good tea as well

Great coffee! I highly recommend their cold brew. The staff are friendly and there’s hardly ever a wait. Hours are a bit inconsistent, though. Showed up during posted hours and they weren’t open – not even a sign in the window.

A nice and cool coffee shop, your alternative to Starbucks if you want a place to hangout. They have some fun merchandise and sitting is still allowed (Starbucks does not allow right now). Coffee is good and they have tasty specialty drinks changing with the seasons.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. One they changed their menu to premade frozen foods. I ordered the new egg muffin and took a bite- it was still frozen in the middle. Complained and they put my CONTAMINATED sandwhich back into the shared warmer and reheated it and gave it back. Also the barista with curly hair in a ponytail and a headband was opening creamers with her MOUTH. Like pulling the seals off with her teeth. It took like 30 minutes for a coffee and a premade sandwhich. So bad. I used to love this place but we are never going back. Watch them if you order they clearly have no training in food safety.
