Owner is the worst human being I have seen so far. We were in nearby shop and my 4 year wanted to go pee, since the shop didn’t had restroom, I happen to take my kid to this restaurant. I was told that I need to buy something to use restroom. Fair enough: I said sure I wil buy. I asked if kid can use restroom first then I will buy, then owner said no, you can’t because restroom is out of order. I requested on humanity basis but he kept saying “oh my god” etc etc. I was in rush and ran to another shop. Later my wife went to same shop, ordered something and asked to use restroom and he allowed her. Now j went and confronted him and he told me to call cops on me. He even took picture of my car and my wife. He was not sorry for any of his actions. If it was not for a kid, I understood his reasoning. He kept telling me that it’s not my kid and it’s not my problem. Definitely not a good human being. Thanks for Arctic Fox to help me in this emergency.

Way overpriced. Ordered two seperate items. Both were extremely small especially for the price. Do not order a grilled cheese. Some drink flavors out of order. Charge 25 cents for ranch. Not EXTRA ranch just ranch. Place wasn’t very clean. Needed to be swept. The picture was 16 dollars worth of food apparently. Very disappointed and will not ever be going back. Not sure how they have a rating above 4. Even the burger was far from ‘giant’.

Oh my,,, I have been sick for the last 24 hours. The place was dirty from the windows to the walls, tables and trays. I over looked based on another’s recommendation. Should of listened to my gut. Bathrooms have been out of order for looks to be over 4 years based off others reviews. Save your money and your body. Stay far away from this dirty establishment.

Definitely not like the original Jaspers that was in the Florin Mall years ago, but a decent burger joint. Inside of the restaurant was kind of dirty, windows had finger print smears all over. Only one cook working so service was slow. Combo meal comes with about 15 fries, a small drink, and they forgot my side of ranch, which was an extra .25. Nostalgic atmosphere a nicely cooked burger, but not enough to make me come back again.

We were going to door dash from here but decided to go in and sit down. The first noticeable thing about this place was how dirty it was. The floors, tables everything! Very surprising especially with the way things are right now.. There was mail and other things on all the counters. I could see all the store bought buns in their opened packages near the grill. Our food was ok. Burger was bland and the bun became paper thin. The fries were ok but needed salt. The best was the milkshakes. I love the old time decor just wish is was cleaner inside. Not sure if we will go back.
