You can never go wrong at this Jason’s Deli! Food is always consistently great. Service is amazing and their General Manager Gabe will go above and beyond for you however he can. This location is always very clean and the employees always are happy to make your experience great. We frequent Jason’s Deli often when on the road and I can honestly say this Jason’s Deli is the best, hands down.

This is a great location. Always clean. And the staff works hard. The manager Gabriel is really friendly and courteous. He’s always making sure his staff is giving a great customer experience and he leads by example which is really refreshing to see at an established chain where people often get complacent. Edit- just picked up 57 box lunches, 3 salads, and a loaded baked potato for an event. They were awesome! I recommend them for professional or casual catering.

They messed up my order a few months ago and after speaking with the manager he did refund the order and asked to give them another chance in the future. I had no interest in returning, but figured I’ll give it another shot. I ordered a tuna on whole wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and extra slices of American cheese- for which I was charged extra. When I got home, there was no lettuce or tomatoes and it only had regular cheese, no extra cheese as requested. I’m not sure how they keep making basic mistakes- if you are getting to-go orders, please check it before you leave the location.
***UPDATE*** I am pleasantly satisfied with the response by their manager, Gabe, that took the issue under his own investigation and made corrections. I appreciate the generous dinner on his dime, but more importantly, it shows me he cared to review the issue with his team and take accountability of same errors not occurring in the future. I will be visiting back, and hopeful food & service will be handled as Gabe mentions of Jason’s Deli standards. Thank you!

No complaints. Good food. Typical Jason’s Deli. Muffins on Salad bar a little stale but too be fair was toasted the end of the day. My kids always love the free soft serve ice cream at the end.

This is a great deli! I had the muffaletta on french bread and it was delicious!! My friend and I were able to visit for hours with refills on drinks and even a free ice cream cone with soft serve!! Who doesn’t like a little soft serve included in your visit???

Gabriel and the staff were friendly and helpful! Good food, good soup. Healthy and reasonably priced. And this, coming from a former Souper Salad GM! Great job! Update: Another recent visit, another 5 star experience. Salad bar fresh and stocked, Chicken tortilla soup very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Two for two! Great job!

This is the second time I’ve gone through the drive Thur at the highland village location and not received all of my order. I ordered Rueben the great with chips and a pickle and a cup of Irish potato soup. It’s like they substituted the soup
For the chips and pickle but still charged me for both. Why charge me for the soup if you aren’t going to give me the sides and put the soup in its place?
