If I were only to rate Jason’s based on their food, I would give them 5 stars. However, since there is still the human experience to consider, I can only give 2 stars. I had dinner here around 7:45 on February 16 and what I observed was disappointing and left me wondering when the health department last paid them a visit. The young lady cleaning and restocking the salad bar clearly has never been trained on proper cleaning or food handling. With her phone in one ungloved hand and a rag in the other ungloved hand and no hair net, she ducked under the sneeze guard and leaned as far as she could over the salad bar containers wiping up spilled food and talking on the phone while doing so. Who knows how much saliva landed in and around the food while was talking? She used the same ungloved hand to wipe up food and then, without gloving or washing her hands, relined the bread or crouton bins with new paper and handled several of the serving utensils. When I brought this to the attention of the “manager”, she seemed bothered and timidly approached the employee who laughed at her and put on a glove which she removed a short time later. By the looks of the dining room and the beverage area, the staff here do not seemed all that concerned about maintaining high standards for cleanliness or appearance. There are always multiple tables needing to be bussed and cleaned, food all over the salad bar, and spills around the beverage station. If the day actually comes where robots and AI replace humans, this should be the first restaurant to jump on that bandwagon. And since the owner/general manager of this location seems to only reply to positive reviews, I don’t think I’ll get a response.

I’ve tried several sandwiches on the drive-thru menu and so far I’m impressed every time. The meat is good quality and better than your average deli meat. There was a small wait after I placed my order but my sandwiches were full and well put together. The croissant sandwiches might look small, but they’re super filling. Also, the fruit cup is actually fresh fruit, not packaged stuff.

Food was alright. It wasn’t bad or anything. If you’re looking for a meal at the end of Douglasville area this a spot for you. The salad bar has plenty of choices to choose from. It has a wide seating area. The sandwiches are a little small in my opinion and could use some more umph but it was alright. I would like to have a bag of chips rather them already be open on plate. But if I was in the area I would stop by again.

Counter ordered. Short line but 1 cashier so short wait. We ordered the 1/4 muffuletta & side salad. The 1/4 muffuletta is still large. Side salad is 1 trip to salad bar. Good deal. The side salad is 2.49 & the sandwich is 10.49. Could have shared the sandwich. The whole meal was delicious. Love their muffuletta & salad bar fresh & clean.

Always yummy & clean. This is really the only Jason’s Delli we go to. I have a gluten intolerance, and I have never gotten sick eating from here even when I have the salad bar. The service here is excellent and quick.

Horrible experience today. Texas spud was burned, cold and tasted strange. Chicken soup had good flavor however it was like warm and had only a couple pieces of actual chicken in it. The chicken salad sandwich was like 1 tablespoon of chicken salad, if even that much, and the tomato was soggy. $26 bucks for this barely edible meal is ridiculous. And my bagged lays were crushed.

I was the only car in the drive thru and ordered a modern med. Bowl with no tomato. It took them 45 minutes to make a salad bowl(with no other customers in line inside or outside) a cold prep item took 45 minutes to make! And then they forgot the chicken that even goes on the salad and gave me dressing that was broken on the bottom that leaked all over the bag. When I brought this to the attention of Zara she just dismissed it. Seems like there is a management problem if it takes that long to prep a salad. Not to mention when they tried to fix the meal, they made the 2nd one wrong too and didnt put cheese on it. This building is full of incompetence.
