I visited Jason’s Crab House on last Friday and had a mixed experience. I ordered the crispy whole fried red snapper with yellow rice and broccoli. The red snapper was delicious, served hot, crispy, and full of flavor. It was so well seasoned that I didn’t even need to dip it in any sauce.
However, the yellow rice was very dry and hard to chew, which was a bit disappointing. My order also took about 30 minutes to come out, but since it was a busy Friday night, that was understandable.
Overall, I still had a good time and would come back again to try more dishes on the menu.

Great food, great vibes and even better service!

We had dinner here with my family and it was a great experience. Our server was Saray and she made the entire experience a 10/10. We really enjoyed our time here. The music was great (Sarah’s playlist.. it doesn’t miss..) the food was fresh and came out pretty quickly. We were also sat pretty quickly. I would highly recommend and will be back for karaoke night!

The seafood here is delicious! We really enjoyed the seafood boil and the sauce that came with it. We got the Combo A with house garlic sauce and added boiled eggs to it. There’s something about the boiled eggs and that sauce that just go wonderfully together. The garlic at the bottom was so tasty too, I was using mussel shells to scoop it from the bottom and pile it on the potatoes . We got an order of wings too, and they were also really good. We definitely plan on coming back!

We had a wonderful New Year’s Day celebration at Jason’s crab house restaurant with our family. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for spending quality time together. The seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and every dish was beautifully prepared. Our staff “Sarah” were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. It was a great way to start the new year, and we will definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience at Jason’s Seafood. Zac, our server, was the best very attentive, his recommendations were excellent, and he was an entire vibe. Next time I come back, I’ll definitely sit in his section!

Visited this place today for the first time, and it definitely won’t be the last! The seafood was fresh, and the portions were more than generous. We started with “Jason’s Shrimp Tango” as an appetizer and it was OH SO good! For main courses, I ordered the combo boil with shrimp, mussels, and crab legs—it could easily feed two people. My friends had the crab cake and flounder handhelds, and both were impressed. The crab cake was delicious—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not too bready. Our server, Yasmine, was fabulous—sweet, attentive, and very helpful. We highly recommend a visit!

Located where TGIF used to sit, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The restaurant is fairly large, with plenty of seats and tables. The bar is well stocked with TV screens showing the latest games on. Our server, Saray is very attentive and provided us with bibs, plastic gloves and carb cracker. The crab chower is similar to a Manhattan Clam Chower, is quite tasty. Seafood selection appear to be good but in reality mixed. Salmon meal and the lobster roll was very good, but the ‘Big One’ – $100 seafood boil is okay. The snow crab, lobster, clams and mussels are good but the crawfish, corn was over cooked. The oysters were also okay, but nothing like Kings Street Oyster Bar. There is plenty of parking. It was a different experience than other nearby restaurants.

All you can eat crabs for $35 and $1 oysters! What more can you ask for.

I am so glad that there is a legitimate crab house located in the beltway that offers top tier crabs that are very meaty.

The seafood boil was plentiful and Jason’s honey garlic special sauce was so tasty that I was event dipping my crabmeat in it.

I have officially become a fan and I’ll definitely be back.

Fun atmosphere for boiled seafood, complete with TWO happy hours (4-7pm and again at 9-11pm) and karaoke. The crab is a little less expensive than other places and there are lots of great seasonings to choose from. They serve it in a bag, which is unappealing, and you pay extra for sides (like gummy, overcooked corn on the cob). Service was really bad. I had to keep getting up to find a staff member to request basic things like plates, silverware, drinks, and eventually the bill. They seemed annoyed that they had to go out of their way for these simple requests. The raw oysters were good, but seafood (i.e., crab and shrimp) was boiled way too long.
