The onion rings were perfection – 10/10. Possibly best ones we’ve had anywhere.
A bit disappointed in the beef sando. Was more cold than warm, too much mayo, cheese didn’t melt at all, onion roll wasn’t anything one way or another.
Staff very friendly. Would go back to try other things like pizza or seafood but onion rings are a must here!

First time visiting.
Ordered the roast beef dinner w/ pasta salad & onion rings. Paid an upgrade charge for a super roast beef sandwich, instead of the regular, totaling >$20.
Got home and somewhat disappointed.
The sandwich appeared to be regular size not super size as the onion roll sandwich was quite flat. Should’ve asked for lettuce & tomato, which some roast beef places include, but was plain.
It was nothing special & really disappointed in the small size considering the upgrade charge.

So I took my family to a trip to Hampton beach looked for something to eat around the area. We found this place.
When we got inside, we asked for the Roast Beef dinner they asked how we wanted it, we told them it was our first time we just know they were famous for the roast beef, so they gave it to us the way customers regularly ask for it And I have to admit, it was absolutely delicious. Out of towner that already tried multiple roast beef places so I decided on some different menu items here, the cheese steaks are on the smaller side but they definitely make up for it with good flavor, would recommend their calzones as well, will definitely eat here again.

Stayed at Salisbury Beach State Reservation and was looking for a local sub shop and found Jasmine’s close by. The family ordered 2 subs, ziti with chicken, a chicken sandwich, French fries and onion rings. The portions were generous especially the fries and onion rings. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were extremely friendly and engaged us in conversation while they prepared our food. Will definitely order again when in the area.

I have been a regular customer for quite some time. And never had an issue until today. Ordered pizza online. It said it was making my pizza and it would be delivered in a half an hour when it didn’t show up I called and there was no answer so obviously they’re closed, which is understandable, but I don’t understand why they took my money. Not sure how happy I am about this. If you’re not open, the website should not be taking money. I would like to check off one of the below items dine in, takeout, or delivery, but none of that happened.

This place was great years ago – absolutely horrible now. Every six months I decide to try it again and am always disappointed. Food is ice cold after waiting over an hour with food missing. Last time I order from here, I’m tired of being burned over and over again after being a loyal customer for ten years.

Update: stopped here again on the way to Hampton Beach. Conveniently located. Roast beef sandwich melts in your mouth. Good seasoning on the chicken parm. Still recommend. Attentive helpful staff.

After a long walk on the beach, we stopped at Jasmines Famous Roast Beef in Seabrook. NH for an RB sandwich. We’ve been there many times before and the food has always tasted good – – a good value for the price paid. Twice in the past month, the employees were not as friendly, less attentive, and seemed more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. Too bad as we like their sandwiches.
