Came here to eat dinner a little after 8 o’clock. The place was very empty, but the food was decent. Murray wasn’t so good, it was overcooked and dry, but everything else was pretty good.

First time here.
the soup I got had cold bits all throughout it and the broth was hot.
the chicken bowl I got, the rice was hotter the chicken. which was Luke warm temp.
the egg roll looked deliciously crispy and was on the outside!
the inside was interesting. it felt like a mushy roll of not chicken.

We were extremely disappointed in our dinner here. The food was rather high in price for the portion recieved. The calamari was cooked in grease that was way too hot, so it was like chewing a balloon. The egg roll and spring rolls were both soaked in grease. The hibachi and teriyaki chicken were alright but do know they contain all vegetables. We picked out half an onion from our plate. Not a very enjoyable dinner.

Cook was singing and whistling (mask on ) place was extremely clean. Hubby noted the men’s bathroom very clean (a plus in his view)
I got chicken udon noodles with side of mixed veggies, side of scallops. Husband got teriyaki shrimp and we also got a teriyaki steak to go. Came with 2 drinks (free shrimp sauce at napkins) $39.83. More than enough food!
Will definitely come back

Hello, I went today to pick up 5 California rolls and paid $40. Turns out they charge $1 for like a small jar of spicy Mayo. Location I went to is In Inman on Asheville Hwy. I live near by and like their food but every time over the phone and at the window in drive through, ladies are always very rude . I tried to ignore and be patient. But today was the day when I decided that I will never order here again because of how rude the personal is . I asked for the receipt, they print me a receipt and there is no details on the receipt, just the total amount ! How is that even helping me ? So I had to call and deal with the lady that was rude all the time . Please fix your receipts and train your personal to be more polite and professional. Food is good but the stress of dealing with your employees is not worth it ! I can go anywhere in this country and find me good food . I do not have to order at your place . Please train your employees to be nice and treat people with respect!
On the positive note , I had a very positive experience at the boiling springs location. In contrast, personal was great. I have the issue with the Inman location .

Just ordered the steak and chicken with white rice no vegetables. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the quantity of food for what I paid was very reasonable. Will definitely be ordering from there again.

My husband ordered a Tempura Shrimp Plate and it should have came with fried rice and 6 pc tempura shrimp, instead we were given an appetizer of 4 pc tempura shrimp and no rice! Also, the tempura shrimp was undercooked…. The other thing we ordered was okay though. Definitely do not recommend this place!

Ordered on a holiday when online stated open. Was charged 70.00 and went to pick up after receiving a confirmation on time to find out they were closed. No big deal, we would figure it out the next day. However, because of their horrible customer service it has not been resolved. We showed the receipt on the banking app that we were charged, the email for the order, and all. We were advised “the bank will need to refund you as we cancelled the order since we were closed.” However, that’s after we were asked did we order to that location, was we sure of the name on the order, etc. she stated she couldn’t find an order for that name. So how was it cancelled if you couldn’t find the order to begin with?? We go at least 2 times a month… no sorry.. no anything. We will not be back!! Horrible customer service!!!
