The food was amazing. There’s soo much I can say about this place but the one thing that sticks out is her attention to the customers. The service is amazing and treats you better than most street shops. The chili cheese corn dog I ordered was packed to the brim and was def worth the price. Taste was also amazing. It seems like the owner runs this place all by herself. We ordered two items and she even threw in 2 small FRESHLY squeezed lemonade for free. 10/10 service, 10/10 quality of food, 10/10 quantity, overall one of the best street shops I’ve been to.

Jane is awesome. What an amazing awesome lady. The food is perfect. It reminds me of the good old hot dog on a stick but better. Had a corn dog, churro, and delicious ice cold lemonade. It was perfect sat and watched the sunset and the ended the evening with an amazing little place.

Jane’s Corndogs and Lemonade is the perfect combination of food to eat at the beach. It’s right across from Seal Beach pier and the take out counter staff provide fast service.
