Our first time here and they did not disappoint! Some of the best chicken fried steak I’ve ever had! Callie’s service was top tier, and made our experience 5 stars. Part of the wait staff ( the really tall young ladies) were not doing their jobs. It was like my husband and I were an inconvenience. They were too busy laughing and carrying on with the kitchen staff through the serving window. Another waitress had to bring our order to the table. The pork chops were fine; however, the purple hull peas barely filled the small bowl and the green bean bowl was less than that. Plus the young lady at the register could not figure out how to ring us up nor slice pie and put in a to go container, we had asked for 2 kinds. It was all very disappointing! Since we have been going there through all the owners since 1997.
