James Creek Cider House makes premium, harvest-based ciders from southern heirloom and cider apple varieties grown in their orchards in Moore County, North Carolina and other family farms. The ciderhouse in Cameron offers nine James Creek and Stargazer ciders on tap and another five to ten ciders in bottles. Located at their north orchard, the tasting room and outdoor cider garden offers casual seating, food trucks, live music and views of the peach orchard. Their Stargazer brand embraces the innovative spirit of craft beer with award-winning blends such as Beehive Ginger, Solar Flare and Blueberry Basil. While James Creek features estate-grown and single-varietal ciders with a sense of place.

We visited this hidden gem for the first time with relatives visiting from out of state. I cannot believe we have not been here before! If you are looking for a great atmosphere with some delicious ciders, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. The food truck was delicious as well! We certainly will be making more frequent trips to this establishment.

Just did my first Pilates and Pours with Sue, she was an amazing! You get Pilates and a cider after and it was so great. Every first and third Sundays of every month she does it, bring a mat and have a great time moving your body and fun times with friends!!

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and it was so amazing! The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable about all the ciders and made fantastic recommendations. The orchard was beautiful to look out at while sitting in the ample outdoor seating area. We drove an hour from home to come see the cider house and it was definitely worth it! We grabbed some bottles of cider to give as gifts to friends and family and they loved it as well. We are already planning our next trip back!

I was just at a ciderfest in Charlotte. Obviously many cideries there, but only a couple that stood out… this is where James Creek comes in. So they brought two ciders to taste, Crossbow and Etoile…phenomenal! This cidery is high quality and as far as I’m concerned, steps above the others! If you’re not sure you like ciders, or think they are some sugary alternative to beer or wine, think again! Give this cidery a try.. you will not be disappointed! I’m from Charlotte and am already planning on driving two hours to visit. Trust me, it’s worth it!

We had an awesome time! Selected two flights, a frozen cider and had awesome tacos from the food truck that was serving on-site. The prices are perfect, and it is an easy drive from the Triangle. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Pilates and Pours today was fabulous. The weather was perfect, live music, beautiful families with their children and dogs too! Join us the first and third Sundays of each month, tickets are $20 for Pilates and a cider… bring your mat and wear comfy clothes. We look forward to seeing you!

We went here as part of the beer passport and wine passport tours. They don’t have beer and they don’t have wine. However, they do brew their own hard cider. I guess the tourism bureau couldn’t figure out which category to put them under but did want to include them because they do bottle their products here. Best bet is to get a flight of their top 4 ciders and make your choice from that. It’s a large place with lots of tables inside and out, and while it was quiet when we were there on an early weekday afternoon, they said it gets busy on weekends.

Great place to take your family or dog and enjoy some drinks. Good atmosphere for family and has a good amount of outdoor seating. Food is not made there, it is a food truck. Good food but expensive and quite a long wait. If they had a larger beer selection and made food in house this would be our go to spot.

This made me so excited!!!! We recently tried @jamescreekciderhouse at a town festival and found out they have an on-site location. It was raining pretty good today but we needed something to do. This place is amazing. GREAT slushies and tasty cider. Snd the grounds are so charming and adorable. We even brought home some local peaches which is fun. The worker gave even gave me a pour tour book so I can get to know the local nearby breweries. Can’t wait to go back. I also share their values from what I see and it’s so refreshing especially in this area. Kudos!
