I went the other day with my husband and was so excited to eat Jamaican food once we got there attendant was so on welcoming on professional had an attitude. My husband ordered what he wanted and I did not order anything and we left. It was 730 we asked what time they were closing she said 930 but she was acting like it was at 7:30 and putting things away while she saw us coming in not good service whatsoever and will never go there again. There’s places in Camden that would treat you much better if you guys wanna know.

I ordered from here alot. I was very disappointed with the last transaction I ordered a large curry chicken with white rice and Mac n cheese. 1 the rice wasn’t cooked all the way. 2 I called about the Mac n cheese the gentleman hung up on me. I called back this time the lady answered 1st thing she said was ma’am I already spoke to you about the Mac n cheese. I assured her I dont know what she’s talking about i just ordered 2 platters and a small rice. She said oh ok what’s the problem. I told her it was spoiled. It didn’t taste right. She then went on to say she made it this morning same procedure as always. If someone else called and complained that means it was spoiled. It’s bothersome when you order ahead and and they still don’t have your food ready. She ate and didn’t wash her hands just came straight to dish out the food. I try to support jamaican restaurants. I asked for something else the Mac n cheese was spoiled she said no they cldnt do anything for me. Grant you we order there every day they are opened at least 4 platters a day. We will no longer support her business. That was very unprofessional and disgraceful. I have no problem. Eating reheated food just make sure its not sour and the rice is cooked properly. We will not be visiting this establishment again.

This place is Nasty. From the guy serving the foot, to the way the food just sits out with flies constantly on the meat. Even the guy has the audacity to be ignorant. Would not recommend.

Oxtails no taste. Tasted boiled with no carribbean seasonings at all! The gravy was thin but tasty on rice. Cabbage was not even cooked all the way and macaroni and cheese was terrible. The brown stew chicken was a little over done and gravy was also very thin. I really should have looked around first because the place is messy with piles of stuff laying around. Never again!

I ordered 1lb of jerk chicken and mac and cheese. The chicken came with no jerk sauce, and the mac and cheese was so old and overcooked that you couldn’t chew through it. What was the point of me even ordering.

Now I love there curry goat and rice hey even the curry chicken is good but know I just tried the ox tail and rice this is where I had issues the rice tasted old the ox tail had no flavor I brought two pieces of fried chicken which tastes as if it was cook in old oil. I have been a customer since the the beginning but it seems like it is time for me to let them go. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. You can’t fix something once it’s already broken.
