We stayed at the Hyatt for 7 nights. We had lunch here on the second last day, the server was super sassy and obviously hates her job and didn’t want to be there. She asked if we are American, we are Canadian and have visited Jamaica 3 times. She said we are Jamaican-Canadian making a joke but then went to her coworkers and gossiped about us in the corner laughing, I heard it all and understood everything she said! We still tipped, but unfortunately a lot of the servers are like this at the resort. Would definitely not return as I did get food poisoning here too. The Hyatt has slipped over the years, it was fabulous a few years ago.
